Witness doesn't appreciate the State challenging his grip strength finding relative to strangulation.

A lot of talk about how impaired TH is....

But he was quite successful in completing the charges to which he pleaded guilty.

I would be willing to evaluate TH. I would never defend him. But that's just me and I'm no (paid) expert.

State elicits from the expert that TH does not have FAS, does not have severe brain dysfunction. [And one other that I missed.]

So, why is he testifying? I knew TH did not present with FAS. Just by looking at him. Not even moderate. No speech, hearing, visual, fine or gross motor impediments.

Can't use ADHD to explain what TH did, but can use it re: impulsivity.
Or something like that.
Per the doctor.
IMO.

Good grief. Now we are going to blame impulse control disorder for TH murdering a child? Seriously?!

A lot of people have impulse control disorders, and do not kidnap and kill little girls.

Unfortunately there are no records to authenticated the learning disability that TH says he doesn't even have.

Who is this witness testifying for? The Defense, I know. But it's helping the State, just like the others.

There have been a few defense experts who have turned red on cross.
The State isn't even being snarky or "mean", they're just calling them out as they should.
We've all certainly seen much tougher cross examinations.
If the witness is being honest and truly believes in what they are saying, then they shouldn't be overly flustered.
IMO.

It feels like Athena and what TH did to her is brushed aside by all these witnesses. It’s very sad.

his reaction to his autism, depression, the drugs was to kidnap Athena Strand.

The precipitator was him panicking because she saw him snorting cocaine.

That is the "point of the spear" in her view.

Oh FFS.

She says in her opinion had Athena not seen him snorting coke none of this would have happened.

Ignores how easily TR fitted his story around the existing evidence.

TH isn't so stupid.

He's just a terrible human being.

I said that this morning, that she seems to be forgotten until cross examination.
The State has always brought the true focus back, though.
IMO.

Another dr. Did physical exam on defendant including urine sample.

Next witness (missed his name/profession due to insistent pups) appears to be a doctor, gave TH a head to toe medical exam?
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
My question - did they drug test him? Follicle test for cocaine?
IMO.
