I don't like this witness at all.
IMO.

Enough with the laughter.

Maybe they've forgotten why we're here.
It’s ticking me off. It’s not appropriate for either side, IMO

So TH had a temper as a child.

Does anyone dispute it? We saw what his adult temper did.

now describing how autistic people hate change and it sets them off. "They do this" "they don't like this"

WHY IS THIS BEING ALLOWED? She is not an expert, why has this long string of non experts been allowed to testify as if they are??? Infuriating.

….and that he always wanted his way. Shock. 🤮

Thank you. I know a few but they don’t teach manners in public as this witness did.
I agree. I find it to be stretching it a great deal for a school setting. She’s pulling him from class to order in a restaurant, to visit some deer? I fail to see the relation to the school setting.

children with autism cannot adjust and are frustrated by those changes. OMG we get it, now show me where he was diagnosed with that???

I know they worry about appeal, but this is nuts, irrelevant and a waste of time. IMO

Defense is trying to draw the parallel IMO:

Didn't like disruptions to his schedule.

Change the gane/rules, he acted out.

Change his Fed Ex route, he acted out.

Autism.

[Absolutely gross, inappropriate fallacy]

TH mother was not a mother, she had no motherly instinct, she had issues, Tanner was put on the back burner.

She met her twice. 20 years ago. FFS make this stop

his evil mother would move his things around.  Welp that explains everything doesn't it? How we landed here. Fedex changed his route and Athena is dead. Not his fault.

How is she qualified as a NONEXPERT to evaluate TH's mother?

Autism as a defence would have been great ....if his crime had been delivering the package to the wrong address or struggling to find the house despite Fedex route planning , and getting there late

Grandma told her Tanner's aggressive behavior stems from instability with mother. Her presence infringes on Tanner's routines.

This is offensive to my sensibilities. The jury has to be feeling the same way.

Yes, TH had many ACE (adverse childhood experiences). That is not a protected class.

Now she's testifying to what others told her.

"We could just make stuff up, nobody knows."
