I know the point here is to establish TH comes from a long line of generational abuse and neglect but I don’t think that’s going to work out well in the end. MOO.

Grandma, “weird” is the nicest thing anyone could call TH. He had lots of opportunities, love and support, but he wants what he wants when he wants it and takes it! I’m so over this defense team.

Conveniently all those academic and forensic psychologists found TH's history is "consistent with ASD", linked back to an unsupported diagnosis that randomly appeared in his school records.

But you know what no one tested him for? Disorders that are actually more accurately indicated.

A bunch of hired degrees finding what they were paid to find, and no discussion of what they were paid not to find.

TH is a sociopath.

Probably not a clinical finding but is this jury really expected (by the defense) to see TH's utter lack of empathy for Athena as, instead, a mitigating factor for him?

You've got to be kidding me.

If you ask me, his utter lack of empathy should be an aggravating factor.

Oh, yes, TH was probably filled with stress, tension, aggression which he took out on Athena. The jury shouldn't grant him mercy for that but justice. In the form of the most serious sentence allowable under the law.

TH is not a victim of circumstance.

He appointed himself supreme judge, jury and executioner over Athena.

Soon it will be the jury's turn to evaluate TH for what he did.

Grateful for their collective service to the court.
