This may be where I'm getting confused. I took it to mean that he was suspected of taking the lady's 10,000$ and didn't rape her in return for the money, was identified by someone and the dogs, yet his dna does not match rapes where there was the same MO. I was theorizing that there could be two men in cahoots or buddies.
If this Miller isn't the rapist he could well know who is.
No, he isn't a suspect any longer. He actually plans to sue. I don't think dogs "matching" someone by scent is anywhere close to the exact science.
