Just talking about Bimal, how fun and positive he was.
Talking about his time in Afghanistan and how he had seen some awful things, what happened to Bimal was BAD...
Talking about Bimals funeral, how many people were there who really loved him....

And the whole time he was trying not to cry


ETA- And that all the friends were going to visit him and got there 2 hours after he died.
And also how positive Bimal was in the hospital, asking about other people, trying to keep OTHER peoples spirits up.

I am getting angry.
He wasn't just killed he went through horror before he could die.
More of THIS stuff should have been talked about DURING the trial.
(Or was it and I missed it?).
Impact statements should be done before guilt is decided, I am starting to think.
The hell with prejudice.

Defense lawyers say they plan to Skype someone in for their testimony. Jurors have been given a short break while they set up.

They should have to be there in person like everyone else. jmo

I don't know, it does not sound like they would have financial issues with coming over for the trial if they are in India.

I thought I read that his family was there for trial, but hers were not. Her family was still in India.
