The problem here is that we don't know the exact interaction and words between the two. dark silhouette approaching. he is not responding to commands. you don't expect him there. you've got all your police gear nearby, you're angered someone is stealing your stuff.
Please please please give me a link to where it said he was stealing her stuff.

If you dont have a link, why lie like this? seriously why?

What commands? What stuff was he stealing?

A Dallas police affidavit says officers recovered two bullet casings, a police backpack and vest and 10.4 grams of marijuana from the apartment of a man killed by an officer who said she mistook his apartment for her own.

A search warrant affidavit says a lunch box, laptop computer, metal marijuana grinder, two electronic keys and two used packages of medical aid also were recovered from Botham Jean's Dallas apartment.

Amazing that all this personal information about the victim is somehow being released but nothing about the killer.

Where are the 911 calls?

When is the Grand Jury meeting?

What does HER apt look like?

Who is her attorney?

She's the one the public wants to know about because of what she did.

Exactly!

I have not read exactly where the victim's body was found and would like to know. So much is still fuzzy, but let's not miss the fact they found marijuana.

What we do know is she ignored every sign that it was not her apartment.
The number in lights, the red mat and the door key before she shot a man dead in his own home, probably awakened and groggy.

But you don't shoot someone because you're angry. You shoot because your life is in imminent danger.

Because she likely knew it wasn't her apartment.

She ought to know where <modsnipped> she is! He was in his own home! She wasn’t! Why <modsnipped> should he respond to an intruder’s commands???

<modsnipped: strong language>

She is the one half the public wants info on...the other half is perfectly happy with the victim becoming the bad guy. This is America...

the evidence supports amber

her conflicting accounts per the conflicting narratives on the search v arrest warrants supports murder

I want to see the electrical smart meter power consumption graph over timeline and see if she really did turn the lights on and maybe even determine his patterns of use

I don't think she catches on real quick.

The only clue that helped her was when she turned on the light.

All the previous clues that screamed 'wrong apt', went over her head.

EVERYONE I KNOW THAT HAS BALLISTIC BODY ARMOR has plenty of ammo and guns too....

The list of items found seem strange to me:

Two that really stand out are listed below.
1 black backpack with police equipment and paperwork
1 black ballistic vest with "police" markings

I doubt that most full on known drug dealers have a "ballistic vest with "police" markings" just hanging around their apartment.

Now I'm asking a sincere question here:
How many people here think that there is much of a chance that the police backpack and police vest belong to Mr Jean and if not how did it get in his apartment?

Yes, isn't that "Special". I read an article, I quoted it in the first thread, that it could take "months" to get tht information.

Hmmm, it takes less than 48 hours for a confirmation from a laboratory for verification of drugs and alcohol use, for blood work, when someone has to submit bloodwork/urine for a Workers Compensation or Department of Transportation mandatory test.
In the DFW area toxicology reports have been about an eight week wait.

She and others had plenty of opportunity, means and maybe even motive to plant it there, maybe it fell out of her ballistic vest or backpack left behind

Exactly!

What if Botham had been hearing impaired? I mean, clearly she would have killed him anyway, as she wasn't taking the time to even get a look at him. But I keep thinking about different factors and it just breaks my heart, and frightens me that there are people who are so careless.

Me too. What if he had been a father with a child in his arms.

Your position relies on a reasonable person believing her varied and flawwed conflicting accounts. I don't think any reasonable people believe she should be free on bond or walk away without many many years in jail.

The problem here is that we don't know the exact interaction and words between the two. dark silhouette approaching. he is not responding to commands. you don't expect him there. you've got all your police gear nearby, you're angered someone is stealing your stuff.

2 RFID keys” what does that mean?

Of course. I was trying to give the Dallas PD more credit than this, but they sunk to a low place in my mind and now I don't trust them regarding investigating. Even if it was his, it is irrelevant!

I believe the vest is hers isn’t it? She had her vest in her hand from what it read. It was described as “heavy”. Anyone else read that?
I think it was stated in the Dallas Morning News article that the vest and backpack were hers. I've used up all my free reads but I'm pretty sure that's where I read that
