Because the call is part of an ongoing investigation, and considered evidence, just like a number of other things.
If you research laws and guidelines specific to the investigating agency in this case, you will see that they don't release emergency calls to the public for any reason, ever. How this call reached public ears is not something to be gotten into on this forum since that isn't the purpose of this forum.
Why do people speculate that LE has shown all of their cards and made known to the public everything about what they have found in this case? I'm just asking figuratively.
*Unless specifically indicated, all opinions are my own. *
I understand what you are saying and like I said I wasn't disputing that the call released was or was not the complete original call. It came across to me that you were stating as a fact that you knew the 911 call released was not the complete original call. I didn't want to assume that and that's why I asked specifically why or what brought you to that opinion.
Why do people speculate at all? Usually because there is not enough facts and or clear information available regarding something. However I believe there is a difference between speculating and asking questions.
Why would the Coke County Sheriff dept put Brandon's investigation on hold until they believed there was probable cause?

Its statements like above that cause speculation.
So a fugitive with a warrant can call 911 and say he needs a cop and to hurry and that doesn't warrant probable cause to further investigate and locate the man?
