Since it's too early to start drinking beer, and I have a little spare time, I decided to do a few screen shots and expand from the excellent Streetview post that Skibaboo did earlier this morning. These are screen shots showing where the truck was parked and the path the suspect took.

If you have any questions.....feel free to ask anybody but me..........

I find the location of the burning truck odd. There are employees at Fed Ex all night long. It seems it would have been so much easier to burn the truck out in the boonies somewhere......... Perhaps this location is familiar to the perps in some way.

I want to hold out hope against all hope just in case. But it did cross my mind yesterday that perhaps she was killed prior to the dad in another location and was never present at the 2nd /3rd crime scenes and that is why she was not seen.

I still wonder what they mean when they say Adriana was speaking to somebody before this happened. Like texting or on the phone or face to face? Why were her and her dad where they were? Had Adriana arranged to meet with a boy and it turns out it was a man who wanted to take her? But how would she convince dad to take her all that way?

There may not be employers on that side of the building all night long. He seems to know this.
He lives local and he's familiar with that spot, no doubt about it.

Side note: Some smaller FedEx locations as well as UPS locations do actually close for a short time during the overnight hours.

I felt like they had Adriana on surveillance at a gas station convenience store or something of that nature, prior to the incident. Perhaps Dad sent her in to buy a soda. I never got the feeling they captured her talking to the perp. JMO

It's Friday, but I could tell the Sheriff was not being honest when he said they had no reason to believe she is not alive. They knew right away on Wed, based on this article.

Perhaps they didn't want the suspect to know they had found her body for some reason. I feel like I've been kicked in the stomach. Poor Adriana. :rose:

I find it ominous that the body was found on Wednesday and they had to use something with the body to ID the person. I wouldn't think that even with buzzards and coyotes, the body would be that bad that quick.

It was bizarre that during the press conference they didn't make a plea for Adriana's safe return or even ask people to be on the lookout for her. If this body turns out to be her, I guess it all makes sense.

Very sad news. Prayers to their family and friends. RIP to both of them.
