TX - Caesar & Adriana Coronado, 14, murdered, Katy, 12 March 2016

I find it ominous that the body was found on Wednesday and they had to use something with the body to ID the person. I wouldn't think that even with buzzards and coyotes, the body would be that bad that quick.

Unless it was burned. :(

I can't believe the way law enforcement plays head games and flat out lies to the public.

Sometimes I really hate thos f %$#@**g guys.

We're all sitting here the last two days thinking we're trying to find a live child, and they know all along that isn't the case.

Keep this in mind on the next case, and some of the pending ones, where everybody wants to swear up and down that the cops are being straightforward with the public during one of their press conferences.

Sources: Body of young woman found in Houston may be missing 14-year-old
http://www.click2houston.com/news/s...ound-in-nw-houston-may-be-missing-14-year-old

"Sources tell Channel 2 investigates that a body found on Wednesday may be that of Adriana Coronado, the 14-year-old who was reported missing after her father was found dead.

Investigators are linking an item found on the body to the missing girl, but did not say what the item is."

These people burned her father and his truck. I imagine there's a good reason she isn't recognizable. It is probably why mom is back, to identify whatever piece they have. Maybe a necklace or something?

I've seen it on Forensic Files before. It's part of the trap LE has to use sometimes to smoke out the suspect(s).

This screams cartel to me now. Dad had a bad debt. Police's first job was to find them rather than work on the missing girl. Giving out too much info too soon would change their investigation. IMO

Witness may have seen a fire burning late on Sunday night but nobody checked it out, they just called it in.

That may very well be why TES was sent in to search that specific area. Same applies with a suspicious vehicle, someone called it in as a tip but nobody ever followed up on it.

I have little doubt she met almost the identical fate that her Father did.......not including the rape and sexual assault.

(Expecting notification of a press conference at any time. :( )

(You guys did a good job here btw. :grouphug: )

Dang. Rest in peace sweetie. She is my daughter's age with glasses and selfies and all of that. Very sad indeed.

I'm just glad Texas has a swift Death Penalty and this case fits that criteria.

Sorry all. We hoped for the best at least.

So, did TES find her? (O/T, if so, another job well done by TES. How many recoveries is that now?

Well sure, LE might as well come out and fill in the public now......the news media broke the story.

This was probably a leak within the department.

:( . Sucks.

I wonder if the perps are even still in the country.

This is not being widely reported yet, at least not to the degree I would expect. Wonder why??

Magz. Once they mentioned TES coming in. We pretty much knew they knew that this would be a body recovery.

Phone pings probably lead the way. Idk

Just a horrid guess but I would suspect Adriana was burned as well. Assuming this is def. her. Maybe Mom did identify something yet LE is awaiting official DNA results before announcing. Which I would prefer rather than Oh we thought it was her but oops it's not.

I know that TES determines/prioritizes their search areas based on specific information and leads from LE. They have to have something to "go on" specifically. I wonder how many miles she was found from her father?

:(

I was afraid this might be the case. How effing sad.

I just feel so heart broken for this sweet girl. No matter what she didn't ask for this. She was innocent and now has become a victim, which is absolutely terrible.
