Still unidentified, but doubtful.

There was clothing found, but gender could not be determined and investigators believe the remains were there about six months.

I wish the "six months" estimate had been made by the ME because I've seen investigators be waaaaay off on that, but that's where we're at. MOO

Monday, October 14th:
*Arraignment Hearing (@ am CT) – TX – Cecilia Huerta Gallegos (30) (missing July 7, 2019, San Antonio) - *Reyes Huerta Gallegos (34) arrest & charged (8/28/19) with filing a false police report (7/8/19) about a supposed altercation with his spouse. Released (8/29/19) on $3,500 bond.
*Taken into custody (9/4/19) after his bail was increased from $3,500 to $75K.
Shown on security video unloading chainsaw, 2 shovels, trash bags & cleaning supplies in front of his house.
9/5/19 Update: Arraignment hearing on 10/14.

New lead in case of missing mother prompts a massive search
A volunteer search group told KENS 5 they are following a new lead in the case of a missing mother of four.

The group received a tip Tuesday from San Antonio police, prompting a massive search scheduled for Saturday morning. Volunteers say they will meet at Harlan High School at 9 a.m.

“If people want to volunteer, they need to wear long sleeves, jeans, and boots and be prepared for rough terrain,” Green said. “The search on Saturday will be the first of four phases.”

Anyone want to help me here? This is his charges for the assault. on 9/26 - I interpret this as:

Charged & Disposition - Sent Scan

Correct? Did you think he had a hearing on 9/26 - i.e. Disposition "Hearing"? I have him on 9/10 when the arraignment hearing was supposed to happen, so trying find his next hearing for those charges.

Still nothing new on the False LE report charge - they still have 10/14 as arraignment date. Wish they would tell us "how" they plead....

This court site is not that great - don't understand half of what they post.... :rolleyes:

It looks like most of the entries are just Clerk entries for things they have done and/or put in the file. The status says “Awaiting Docket Appearance” in shorthand. I don’t think this court docket actually shows future court dates/motions but stuff that has already happened unfortunately. I think the charge and disposition sent scan is just that - the clerk sent the charge and disposition by scan to someone. I could be wrong though. Strangest docket I’ve ever seen :confused:

It really is! They could be helpful and have a page with explanations for the various codes but I guess they prefer to keep us guessing ;)

The family and coworkers of a mother who has been missing for four months gathered Sunday in honor of her 31st birthday.

The celebration took place at St. Francis Nursing Home, where Cecilia Huertas Gallegos worked right up until she disappeared.

As of now, Reyes Gallegos is still in the Bexar County Jail for filing a false police report. His bond was set at $75,000.

Family fears missing mother’s case may go unsolved
what a beautiful light taken from this world... it’s so heartbreaking. I’m hoping with all the evidence they have that they’re putting this case together in order to get justice for Cecelia and her family but also keep this horrible man off the streets to ruin other people’s lives. With what they caught on camera I find it very difficult to believe that they would let this go “unsolved” but I would worry too If I was her loved one. Fingers crossed they’re on the brink of filing charges in her murder, these cases that seem so obvious sometimes seem to take the longest to sort out. Hugs to her loved ones, I’m praying for swift justice for Cecelia!

Yes this ones going very slowly, I have some faith justice will come in the distant future, fingers crossed. What a beautiful mama taken from her babies :(

It might be too soon for another date as the last hearing was just yesterday!
