The periods of silence drive me nuts. One of the reporters yesterday said there have been dozens of objections due to questions/lines of questioning. We get none of that on twitter. I assume that's what's going on when there's twitter-silence. The reporters don't know we care about that too! LOL

Thank you, TCMom. Appreciate the local insight...that info is very helpful. Her battery must have died then....which is why she didn't contact S.N. when she said she would. IMO

But her phone pinged a bit later. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't a phone need to be on to ping a cell tower?

Maybe the whole reason why she got into E.A.'s car was to use his charger for a few minutes. Perhaps hers was left at home and he offered his up? Maybe they took a drive while the phone was charging.....and her phone was plugged into his charger while whatever went down happened. Maybe that is why her phone kept pinging....if it was on the charger, then it would still ping? Gosh...I feel like I am going in circles with this.

There is a way to know: Put the drug dealers on the stand.

Putting the drug dealers on the stand would still not tell you who specifically sent a text from a phone. You can never prove who typed the words unless you had a very clear video filming a person typing on the exact phone - and probably the words they were typing.
