I am not passing judgement either. I was just saying what was tweeted by various reporters as what Judge stated. I personally have no clue, nor have I followed to have an opinion. JMHO I took it as there was history of some kind. Again just saying what had been tweeted.

When he said the time frame was "low call volume" I would ASSUME it would ping the closest tower to where he is, not hit a further location if theres plenty of tower availability? I am just guessing, Im not a cell expert...but Granite park and spring creek aren't close together IMO...
