I hadn't heard this before either. I wonder if it was possible to test the residue to better pinpoint a location. IIRC there was another case in Maricopa, AZ where they tested the person's abandoned car. This was in the desert so it might be completely different.

Not a lawyer nor play on tv or Ws lol but maybe? In the Arron Lewis case, the State played video of speaking Lewis, speaking to media and an interview with a reporter. They also had that reporter as a witness. So maybe. But unsure if EA will testify or not. He has right to not and they are not suppose to hold it against him if he chooses not to. Guess we will see in few days.

The VI Attorney on this thread, answered a question myself and someone else had yesterday that they would not be able to play HF stuff or interview because he plead the 5th. If I understood correctly.

The defense may be missing an opportunity to illustrate how phone pings can be inaccurate. For instance, this one. PPD has already discussed the video showing EA's car leaving the SOL garage at 3:58, yet the phone is pinging Spring Creek/Coit tower at the same time.

Btw, I've gone over to Oak Point park many times on my bike, usually there are park maintenance workers who have driven their work trucks deep into the park using the bike/walking trail. Once you are off the trail, the landscape can get very overgrown immediately.
