If Gore asks a question that causes a witness to mention the porn, EA sexual history/preferences, personal writings (i.e: things ruled inadmissable) and EA is found guilty, would Gore, or another defense attorney be able to appeal due to inadmissible evidence potentially playing a role in the jury's verdict?
