They don't have to prove venue beyond a reasonable doubt - the standard is preponderance of the evidence (more likely than not)

Same....I have a quesiton for our lawyers or legal strategy experts on this:
If Gore asks a question that causes a witness to mention the 🤬🤬🤬🤬, EA sexual history/preferences, personal writings (i.e: things ruled inadmissable) and EA is found guilty, would Gore, or another defense attorney be able to appeal due to inadmissible evidence potentially playing a role in the jury's verdict?

I'm so glad Hunter is testifying. Would have been such a huge chunk of missing story for the jury!
I am wondering if they will as him if he in fact did see ALP that night? Did Christina make it up?
