JMHO if HF does not testify then how will the jury know HF was or was not with his phone. Possible they may be able to enter LEO interview but as a juror I would wonder why he was not there as a witness. Judge had HF kept at the county jail in case he changes his mind or an appeal (from what I gathered from reporter tweets)

Why did he lie about the tollway and getting off @ custer?

I can't explain the ping data, but recall that they have toll records that show he took 121 (Sam Rayburn) and went through at Custer. I believe these records are inadmissible due to the way they were obtained. :-(

What he lied about was that he originally told the detectives that he went home via Legacy (east toward Allen). This hasn't been said in court (at least according to tweets) but was in an affidavit way early on in the case.

If I'm a juror, I'm definitely going to be wondering where the hell is HF. Two options here) 1: A single juror (or more) go home and google Hunter Foster after a few days of not seeing his face or a darn good explanation of where he is (i.e. dead) even though it's against the Judge's instructions. or 2: The jurors are going to be googling after the trial is over to figure out WTF?

I know option 1 is bad, but I can't believe every juror in the history of the jury system has obeyed the Judge's instructions to not go find out more. Hopefully if they do go look it up they have enough sense not to go around talking about it at the court house.

Why do they keep bringing up pings from before she went missing?

JMHO from reading back through, it seems like they gave that and then EA ping locations from his home, to establish where those were (direction wise) and where the pings were in regards to last from CM phone. (and EA at same time frame) *different areas it seems to me. JMHO

Just an observation, not that it means anything: It looks like Christina and HF did not share a phone plan, since they each use a different carrier. Seems like that would be one of those "money saving" things young couples would do so they have money for other stuff. I know our kids, in their 20s and 30s, have switched their plans to take advantage of a shared plan.

Here's some clarification I didn't get from tweets.

"Arochi's phone pinged the cell tower located near Spring Creek Parkway and Coit Road at 3:57a.m. It then pinged off that Siemens building cell tower at 4:27am and 4:56am. The next activity from his phone is recorded at 5:32 a.m. for a tower on Bethany Road in Allen near his home."

It would take ~5 minutes to get from Shops at Legacy (Dallas North Tollway and Legacy) to Spring Creek Parkway and Coit - too many lights. I don't think he was actually over that way. At least not at 3:57 a.m. This has to be a multi-tower cell phone ping or something.

I thought the judge ruled during a motions hearing that the toll records couldn't come in because of some problem with the warrant - did I misunderstand that? I believe it was Zippixx who posted the motions information.
