Since the immunity is for drug stuff. IF/hopefully when CM is located - if anything that HF says that could implicate him in that phase of case they could still use, correct? (depending on what happens in totality of trial as in info brought to light and if they found her deceased body later I mean) Hope I making sense. As I understand they are saying HF is not a suspect in her disappearing. We do not know what/where is is.

Not really, but possibly. There was a tweet yesterday about a ping near Spring Creek/121, which is only a mile away from NFM. At the time, there was a lot of construction/dumpsters/mayhem were a body could be more easily destroyed. But now the added question of 'If the kidnapping may have occurred in Denton County (I think Spring Creek/121 is in Denton County)'?.

Gotcha. It seems there's always construction happening along the 121/DNT corridor that it's hard to remember which projects (except Granite Pkwy) were going on then! Thanks for clarifying!

the immunity is anything non-violent drug offense in state or federal jurisdiction over the last 5 year period. The state has assured HF's attorney that he is NOT a suspected in the kidnapping, disappearance OR murder of Christina Morris.

They don't have to prove venue beyond a reasonable doubt - the standard is preponderance of the evidence (more likely than not)

They said part of what they have to prove is that the crime happened in Collin County. Right?

No, photo doesn't show that but detective is confident she is in the car. Photo is showing camaro coming out of garage next to Henry's, turning right onto Bishop.

EA told detective (on the stand) in an interview that CM took Adderall after the whataburger trip happened. Truth or not? We'll never know.
