Hope HF knows something, but if he did (and not involved) I would think he would have already told. BUT if it is drug related :thinking: immunity may make him more truthful JMHO

I had to leave because Im picking up my daughter from pre school but of course its at the time they brought out HF!

Our jaws all dropped. I took a lot of notes.

EA stared at the detective during his testimony. EA attorney was extremely boring going on and on and on and not getting to his point IMO.

EA attorney was trying to say Christina could of left on her own and not been captured on video. The state was showing the cameras and how the detective had tried it just to see, and to evade the cameras like EA attorney suggested, she would of had to basically be like MATRIX and cling to the walls to get out of there without any of the cameras detecting her.

3 of the jurors nodded a lot in agreement with the detective.


EA attorney also suggested maybe Christina just sat in her car and then maybe HF came to get her or a taxi? (a lot of suggesting a taxi got her)

From how I heard it, the state is trying to say that EA told Christina he would take her home, she realized or he said something to make her see he was going to his house, something happened on the tollway and he strangled her (they found on his computer per the detective that showed strangulation and have a witness who is going to say the same as well per the detective)

I hope they aren't just trying to remove him as a roadblock to "beyond reasonable doubt" for jurors. I want that, of course, but I am hoping he knows something we haven't been told about at this point.

EA told detective (on the stand) in an interview that CM took Adderall after the whataburger trip happened. Truth or not? We'll never know.

Way back when we found out about the time Christina had some of her things stolen wasn't one of the things in her bag prescribed Adderall. IIRC, JMO
