No, you didn't say too much -- no worries! I just didn't want anyone to start talking about it again, lol!

Laughing here!

I suppose that LE could be keeping the crime concealed. From the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 18.01- A search warrant may not be issued pursuant to subdivision (10) of Article 18.02 of this code unless the sworn affidavit required by Subsection (b) sets forth sufficient facts to establish probable cause: 1) That a specific offense has been committed, 2) That the specifically described property or items that are to be searched for or seized constitute evidence of that offense or evidence that a particular person committed that offense, and 3) that the property or items constituting evidence to be searched for or seized are located on the particular person, place, or thing to be searched.

I think it totally depends on the standard for probable cause but I would think the fact that she was with him the last time anyone knows that she was ever seen, there has been no activity at all on any of her accounts or phone, he was the last to be with her and she somehow got out of the parting garage would meet the above criteria to get a search warrant for his car and room at his house.

I would love it if David Lohr would come back to Websleuths and answers some questions for us.

Im back on thread 7 rereading.

Yes its old info!

She either had the camera or she didn't have it.
If she did how did it get back home

Where where you - lol! - when I posted one night, all night long, on the very topic of the Canon camera being found at the house CM shared with HF. The camera was either there (at home) all along or it ended up there somehow.

My point/argument is, if the camera can be seen around Christina's neck in the garage video, and the camera was found at her home at a later date, either both CM and the camera made it home or just the camera made it "home". Good evidence requiring an explanation as why and/or how the camera got there if Christina did not.

Of, if Christina took pictures on Friday night that are on the camera (proof she had it with her).

LE can request, and do searches early on and later go back with a warrant if circumstances show cause. I doubt very much that BF or anyone else refused to allow whatever LE requested back in the beginning, just based on their saying everyone was cooperating. Even if LE does not know if a crime has been committed, they can ask those close to a missing person for permission to search and often do. No paper trail.

In so many cases, LE was doing all kinds of things without word getting out. One show I watched last night based on a murder of a college student some years back, LE asked the man who she had been with last, as far as they knew, if they could look around his apartment. He said yes and they found several strange things, so obtained a warrant to make it official. (He was guilty). In another, the detective said he done over 100 interviews before he got a possible lead, and had collected something like sixteen phones to have checked. None of this was released before an arrest, or leaked out. People thought they were just sitting back.

Anyway I trust LE to do their jobs,
All Jmo.

Speaking of cameras, if CM ran away why wouldn't she take her good camera with her? Would she leave all her valuables behind for HF to include her beloved dog? Why would she want or have to take those steps?

Oh, LE has Christina's camera. I'm sure I read LE has the camera. JM was the person who discovered the camera at CM's house that HF lived in as well. Don't know why CM's dad became the focal point of the camera conversation (fb, I guess).

Do you have a link?

Do you have a link?

I will try to find the discussion on WS. In this case, a lot has been allowed into the discussion that can be considered hearsay. Add to that, articles are constantly being updated and changed. I'm going to read some more to try to catch up, and then I'll look.
Although it is easy to get confused, I'm 99 percent sure the camera was discovered at CHRISTINA's home and LE has the camera in their custody. LE never gave the info though - must have been JM.

The searchers were instructed to look for a cannon camera during their searches then dad said the phone was found at her home

Were there pictures downloaded that night?

This is the evidence EA is guilty? :peace:

No not evidence. It is my belief from my own experience. Granted it was theft, however, it was my girlfriends bf. Just pointing out that just because your girlfriend invites someone over, does not mean that he has a good character. So I am highly suspicious of EA & SN.

Then why were they told to look for it?

Initially it was thought that CM had the camera with her so it was included in the list of items for the searchers to look for. At some later date (I can't remember when but I'm sure someone else will) it was found at CM's home.

Things have changed over the past 60 days and it's by no means easy to keep track of everything.

JMOM addressed this topic yesterday. Christina did not have her camera that night.

I know but not where it was said in which house it was later found. I only saw where her dad said it was found "at home".

I saw the police activity but I don't really understand it all that much. The disturbance on Skruggs, was that the exact address of the "friends" house that Christina was at or is that just giving the block? Can someone please clarify that for me?

Here's the report for that night JMOM.

A couple of Q's please - has it been clarified yet as to whether Christina's keys have since been found perhaps at the apartment?
Did she have two phones with her that night - perhaps personal and work?

Thanks MM.....I was talking about the report that I think Boots posted yesterday. I believe it was for 8/30 but I haven't seen this one so thanks.

To answer your questions, not sure. I have not heard anything about 2 phones or her keys. I do know however that the picture posted earlier of her with the key lanyard around her neck and the green phone was not from the day she went missing. I will see what I can find out for you though and if it is information that can be shared.
