Was this warrant just executed or are we just finding out about it today, and it was executed long ago?

That is what I am wondering. Also, it said AFTER she disappeared. So, IMO, the messages are from EA. Curious why and what he was messaging and why HF then doesn't report her missing. If HF received all those messages from CM AND now we know messages from EA (or they came in from an unknown number), why not be concerned and let someone know. Something is not adding up to me.

Maybe he told HF she was with him, or maybe he was pretending to be her.

"Arochi drove up to a gas pump, walked around the backside of the vehicle, appeared to inspect the rear trunk area, and proceed to fill up the car with gas.... Arochi proceeded to to get the window squegee/scrubber (available at gas pumps) and walk to the backside of the vehicle. Arochi appeared to scrub the backside of the vehicle with ht squegee/scrubber returned the squegee/scrubber to where it belonged."

In the warrant phone call/text times to HF from EA's phone are BEFORE they walked into the garage. She was using his phone. Hers must have been dead.

The warrant states he used the squeegee to clean the backside of his car. I am thinking trunk area. In the video, he also appeared to use an unknown material to wipe the passenger side door

Says call/text from EA's phone to HF at 3:50, 3:52, 3:55. They walked into garage at 3:55. His car is leaving at 3:58.

In the warrant, it mentions that they believe that Arochi has committed the offense of Interference with Public Duties PC 38.15, which is a class B misdemeanor. Maybe they will arrest him for this to put a little pressure on him? We can hope!

I think the Tweet was incorrectly worded. In the warrant it shows activity from EA's phone to HF's at 3:50, 3:53 and 3:55. They walk into the garage at 3:55. His car leaves at 3:58. My guess is she was using his phone, hers was dead and she had planned to leave with him? Three minutes from walking to garage to car leaving?

Still lots of questions but I'm thinking HF is clear. MOO
