GUILTY TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 August 2014 - #14 *Arrest*

"Christina sent a text at 3:36am to her boyfriend who was at home asleep that said “I can’t find the keys to the house.” after no response at 3:58am, 1 minute after the surveillance footage was taken"

So what we don't know is whether that text came from CM's phone or EA's. That was never revealed to us. We've always assumed it was from Christina's phone. Certainly HF's phone would show what number the text came from and way back when you would think he would've mentioned it was sent from another phone if it wasn't sent from hers.

That's the confusing part. I'm going to guess there wasn't a text from her phone that late, that her battery had already died. The last three texts (or calls) to HF was CM using EA's phone.

If that's true there's been a huge misinformation right from the start when it was said that the last 2 texts were from CM's phone and could be seen b her father as she was on his plan.

He worked at a Wylie location? You know the other person was missing from Wylie could he abduct her and use her vehicle to move Christina's body then get rid of van. I know it's far fetched. Maybe more video and tracking has been done and/or others seeing him on TV will come forward

From the report today I read it said it from EA phone... And he denies he sent it saying CM must of used his phone.

But there was 3 other times that it was said a text was sent from EAs phone....

My thoughts were that the importance of that piece of info was that there was someone trying to mislead HF as to what was happening perhaps. If it was EA sending that to him, was he buying himself time while he did what he needed to w CM or something? Making HF think she'd be home still?

I agree.... But wouldn't HF think it was weird that he was contacted by a different number and alert someone when christina didnt come home after 4 says?
