I asked the same thing the other day when it occurred to me that her stuff could be safely tucked away in a Christmas box up in EA's attic. They went to the house to get the car. The house has not been searched

I'm sure if it was there, it's long gone now.

I find it odd that EA would show up to work with apparently a short sleeve shirt, with bruises, bite mark...etc.. you would think he would go home & put on a long sleeve shirt (of course I know he doesn't seem to be that bright!).... just an observation...

He didn't have enough time to focus on what he was wearing. Whatever happened the night before he came to work was still stressing him out and had his adrenaline going. He didn't even think about those things I'm guessing.

.
LE needed a warrant to search his car and it was granted. Did they not get one for the home? Or maybe it is sealed.

EA gave le consent to search his car. His consent is all that is needed for le to obtain the search warrant...in other words,no evidentiary probable cause was needed.

Forgive me, I was catching up and picked out things that struck me.

The common denominator here: Possible/likely drug involvement within the groups of "friends"

Very interesting questions. My whole opinion on the shirt - If Christina got sick (been there) or spilled, takes off her "going out shirt" and the apartment host gives her a plain ol' t-shirt to wear, I don't think there would be some major effort to give that t-shirt back either before she left or even the next morning. I lent girlfriends tshirts all the time to sleep over in and didn't worry too much about getting them back right away (or at all). I would definitely not want to put the soiled clothing back on to walk to a car...and I would not make a "friend" do that either.

Maybe he never went home? or never went inside the home? I am dying to know if the clothes he was wearing in the Kroger video match what he was wearing the night before

calling in sick would look just as bad IMO...no alibi (not that he has one anyway), more time to cover up anything

Oh me too now. I wonder if he was wearing same clothes from night before......

So I'm guessing the obvious answer is no.... but I'm assuming none of the messages/text that CM sent to anyone said EA is was taking her anywhere. That would be too easy:(

That would be quite the smoking gun IMO.

EA consented to LE searching his car. I didn't know that. Interesting.

Yea and I would also think EA wouldn't share all that incriminating evidence.

Would a manager have to be there an hour early to open the store? I ask because I have never worked in retail so I am not sure how that stuff works. I do know that Jonni has stated many time he was 2 hours late for work and I believe it was in the interview with the employee.
I think the Tech's come in at 8 before the store opens

On occasion. He will walk around car. Wipe things down. Smears and marks. Yes.

ETA: This may be odd behavior for EA. I don't know. I'm just saying that it isn't unheard of. Some freaks (like my beloved husband) do these strange things with their cars.

I bet your hubby doesn't do that when he's already a minimum of 15 min late for work and still has a 20 min drive!! Lol

Gas station maybe a mile or so and work about 12 miles I would say. I didn't actually pull that up but that's a good estimate. JMO

How far is the gas station from his house and from work? Wonder which way he entered from and which way he left.

Sorry didn't answer last part. Lol

I enter that same gas station the same way I would think he would. I go south on allen heights and enter by mcdonalds. You could look at it on google maps. I can't attach link right now. Cross streets are allen heights and Bethany.

I know a lot can't be said, but is it known if he called and told work he would be late and if so when? I have been out at night, in my 20's, knew it would be late, called in to work that I would be late because I knew I would never ever make it on time. Just wondering if he did the same, before he entered that garage (not literally) or even before something happened. Or did he wake up and call... Or no call, just late.

Just wondering if he came from the direction of his home.
