I respect your opinion but let me ask you this....why wouldn't anyone from that apartment want to look for someone that was last seen at their little party? If I went to a little party and 1 of the 5 people went missing after they left, I would be a part of the search party and want to be involved. Per the comments here, thats not the case and a little alarming to me. Why haven't the other people at the party stepped up? If they have, please post a link where they spoke and were out looking for her and I'll sincerely apologize.
.

I have seen many cases on here where the ppl involved as withesses did not search.
I think its a wise decision.

If they are the one to find her or find evidence it all of a sudden become he or she found it because they did it...

I do think these ppl have legal advice and are heeding it!
I would also!
Just want to add I think they were speaking at first and then it all became silent.

Fair enough, to each their own. But my first instinct wouldn't be legal counsel it would be where's my friend. IMO

But I don't think it was their first instinct.

What if EA offers to smoke some weed with her, and they go for a quick cruise, with her planning to return to her car and drive home? (Sorry if this is an offensive suggestion, and I don't know Christina personally so I don't know if this is something she would do... but I am Christina's age, go to her college, and our circles of friends often cross... this would be a common occurrence.)

All JMO :)

I so wanted to be on board with this, then I thought. ... if they were going to go for a quick smoke, they probably could have just walked and smoked at the same time? It would have been pretty quiet at 3:30/4:00? No?

Would it be unheard of to smoke in public?

Where I'm from, people smoke in broad daylight walking down a busy side walk so I would think a smaller metro area in the middle of the night would be realistic.

I am in agreement that Christina left in EA's car willingly. But how would she come back for hers? One of her parents drive her back if she thought EA was going to drop her off in Allen? If EA was taking her there you would think there would be a text or call to say she was stopping by to crash at her parents. Maybe that wasn't needed because she thought she was going on quick out and back so EA could show off his car? Going someplace for coffee and back to the garage? If she expected to be driven to Ft. Worth, she had to be alarmed when EA went in the opposite direction. That escalated into something else? I believe more and more it was (1) an out and back to show off the car or (2) EA told he would take her to her apartment. I believe she would have called ahead to tell someone she was coming to Allen. They were supposed to go to her apartment, she became alarmed when they went the wrong way and then he made unwanted advance toward her. And it went spiraled out of hand from there.

The forensic results on EA's car, some unrelease videos - in the garage or elsewhere on the road - is going to tie everything together. I wish those results would come back soon.

If my kids were out with a young woman that later was reported missing and they were questioned by police a few times u can bet your life they would have a lawyer.

I asked my 21 y/o son where he thinks EA might have hidden CM...he's close to their age so I figured why not ask lol. After he gave me the "omg mom really?" face, he said "Swamp. Or up in a tree. Because everyone's going to be looking down for her, not up high."

At this point I think it's as possible as any other scenario! Locals...is there any way this would be possible in the area, to hide someone up high?

His viewpoint may be better than mine at 22 or 23. I hunted all over NE Louisiana by the time I was 23. But if I were in a situation where I would leave a person I don't believe I would go far. The longer I am in the car, the greater the chance I would be stopped. I'd avoid one or two of the wildlife areas or reserves because I know the sheriff or wildlife & fishery agents are on the lookout for poachers.

But that's me and my experiences. I doubt EA had that knowledge or experience.

I can definitely understand that but wouldn't you be questioning your kid within your home for all they knew about that night and any of the people involved? Then explaining that to the Police while lawyer is present, if kid is all clear? It's just explaining their interpretation of the night. Wouldn't they also want to put on their SM pages the fliers looking for their friend, regardless of the whole police all over them?

EA probably did offer her a ride, or she would have just gone back to the apartment.. that would seem much easier to me, unless she was really THAT uncomfortable being there... (I think)...

Ok, so what was their first instinct?

I dont think they sought out legal advice till they were maybe questioned by LE a few times or they saw what was happening to EA.

All that has been said is house key.

That's if they had what they were going to smoke...maybe they needed to buy, first. JMO (hypothetically, of course)

Personally I think some things have been said about them and they have distanced themselves.
I dont think it has anything at all to do with finding their friend.
Havent some of them closed their accounts?

I would still be curious to know if EA's parents were home...

And I get that for being closed off from social media for a bit for what others might say. I go back to actions speak louder than words....they have had the opportunity over the last couple months to be involved in searches for their friend. From what has been said by VIs , those people haven't been involved. Why distance yourself in that way? This is your friend! Where did they go?

So maybe she got in EA's car on her own or maybe she was held at gun point or hit on the head or something. There was only a few minutes there in the garage so if she didn't get in willingly it had to be fast what ever it was. Or maybe he left garage without her and maybe she walked out of the garage somewhere and he picked her up or someone else did. Only CM and who took her knows. Hopefully she comes home safe where ever she is
