They saw it. In the warrant it states the photos were taken to Huffines to have the damage looked at there at the body shop. That's when we learned that his account for the damage was he punched and hit with his forearm I believe he said, and body shop said the damage was not caused by a punch or hit by forearm. Just paraphrasing. Too sick to go link searching. But it's in the warrant. Maybe affidavit as well.

I gotcha JMOM .... http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/PDF-Enrique-Arochi-Search-Warrant-281502151.html

Sort of ironic that some have questioned if EA has a temper or is violent, when he, himself states that he "beat up" his car.. (even though he really didn't). JMOM.. Hope you feel better soon!!

IMO, just because EA hasn't been arrested or named a POI doesn't make him innocent. Likewise, hiring a top-notch defense attorney doesn't make him guilty. What about the warrant, the interviews, the lies, the video footage, the information from friends and co-workers. That's what troubles me, not how much he is paying for an attorney. You are, of course, welcome to disagree, but let's dissect and discuss the facts. Other posters have already pointed out that there have been many cases where a POI was never named but an arrest was eventually made. I can understand that not everyone will agree that he is guilty, but what's the benefit in refusing to even sleuth him?

Thanks! There are like 8 of us sick and this virus is no joke! Think we all have flu. Little better today. Back in business tomorrow I hope. Sorry O/T :-)

I agree with you. It doesn't matter how much he pays or doesn't. To me it's just another hinky thing to add to all of the other hinky things he's done. Like lie, vacuum, squeegee, wake his brother up at 4am because he had to be at work at 8 (his words), injuries, damaged vehicle, and right back to the bite mark. I so hope there is a pic of that! All JMO

Three hours late to work, wiping the stolen cell phone clean, the list goes on. Too much to overlook. We need a walking duck emoticon.

I totally agree! Have you shared this info with them? I know you said you can't give me any further info on the situation but please if you feel it is relevant please reach out to officer Tilley and let him know or you can do anonymously through Crime Stoppers website.

Hi texashello... have you shared your thoughts with LE regarding this possible connection? If not, you should. Because you never know. If you have, good!! :)

Respectfully, I completely disagree.
If people were naming me in the media and picketing outside my house....I would hire the best attorney money could buy. Guilty or innocent. But that's just me.

Actually this is point where I don't blame EA and don't see this as a red flag. Being in a situation where I was accused of a crime and it was a case where they weren't trying to really find the guilty but just find a scapegoat just so a certain business executive didn't have to answer for his operations heavy losses I can really see having the best defense you can possibly get and don't skimp on the expenses. I learned a lesson - honesty is no substitute for a good defense. There are other red flags here, but that isn't it. An attorney that specializes in death penalty cases is somewhat questionable, but I look at the other things here like the bite mark, bruises, cleaning the car, etc.

I can understand your point. But like you said that is just another thing added to the long list of questionable things he's said and done IMO

I see your point.. I guess what I am questioning is hiring an attorney before you are even charged with anything.. Could you not do the same thing after arrest, when you officially ARE charged? I'm just asking, because personally I have never been in that situation & don't know..

I just can't understand why he lied so much - too many to list, but right off the bat it was "I didn't park there", "I didn't offer to walk her to her car", "I didn't walk with her"...didn't he know these things could be proven via cameras? And saying "I must have let her use my phone", surely he knew that could be proven. When there is an abduction/possible murder case here, would he be telling those lies to cover up some small drug deal or something along those lines? Is he so dumb that he even lied about his route home, which could also be proven? Oh, and he beat up his car...smh.

I wondered this, too, zippixx. Who paid this attorney's retainer? That had to be substantial, I'm guessing his parents did.

With regard to lakes, Lavon is the only one that seems reasonable to me as a local.

You go north of Plano/Frisco/McKinney... Especially on an end of the month, holiday weekend... And you run into a lot of small towns with cops looking for people driving at 4 AM. Unlikely EA would want the scrutiny. It's the same reason, IMO, he didn't take Jupiter. Lots of traffic lights. Lots of stop and go. Cops.

I lived up near Texoma for a while in HS. The only way we ever got to the lake was through Pottsboro. Another small town and kind of out of the way.

Lake Lewisville, Grapevine, and Ray Roberts all require routes that either have lots of traffic lights or toll roads where you'd be tracked. That's the blessing and curse of living here... If you take the toll roads, you pay a lot of money and your every move is tracked but they're not heavily monitored by cops and they're quick. If you don't, you save money, but it takes twice as long to get anywhere because it's through cities and intersections. My 20 mile drive home from Allen takes me at LEAST an hour every day because I refuse to take the toll roads.

Hope she's found soon! This case has gone on too long.

Not true. I take el dorado to lake Lewisville from mckinney. No toll roads. It takes me like 15 min so prob 30 for him.

I know there is a huge difference in attitude between Americans and the English but if my son was in this position and I was sure he was innocent I wouldn't be instructing a lawyer, apart from anything else I just couldn't afford to and I wouldn't see the need. I know there are cultural differences but to me the hiring of a big shot lawyer would be an almost certain indicator of guilt and it's sometimes hard for me to see past that.

Why In heavens name do you all find it so wrong that he has a lawyer?
If this were your son you would do the same.

What are the common details of the dreams you and others are having? And perhaps Jazz would share dream details, too. I believe the universe gives information in lots of different ways, and a small detail may spark a fuller train of thought.

Ok I'll go first at risk of sounding cray cray(as my kid says). To be general my dreams of Christina's whereabouts consist of:
Red dirt unpaved roads/trails, and old boarded up house(old weathered,no paint)- kind of like the house someone took a picture of here (when pic posted I was kinda freaked out bc of my dreams), but larger with many rooms. Landscape slightly rolling hills and flat with thick type of bushes and not real tall trees.
Always there is an elderly thin and wrinkled man.
In my dream I can never get to her in this house bc of this elderly man, felt like a very dangerous environment. iDK but that is what I keep dreaming....FWIW

I would if he was charged with a crime, arrested or guilty.. Not if he is innocent and hasn't been charged or arrested.

Thanks for the facts, txyorkiemom. I appreciate the links and documents and the time you take to post them.
Appreciated.

What facts are you referring to? The bite mark has been neither confirmed nor denied by LE, but they did consider the witness info credible enough to include in the affidavit to obtain the search warrant. EA himself has admitted to injuries and said he allowed LE to photograph him with his shirt off. If a bite mark existed, LE knows it even if it's not been released.

Carlos Q is not an attorney to the best of my knowledge, but is an "activist" involved in issues in the Hispanic community. I'm not sure why he was even around for EA's media appearances considering the only "Hispanic" issue is EA's ethnicity and no matter what ethnicity he is, it doesn't change the fact that he is the last known person to see Christina and that he lied to LE numerous times.
