Swabbing, photographing, taking DNA from, or having an expert review anything on EA would require a warrant to search his person. They only secured a warrant to search the car. We have no way of knowing if they have sought / are seeking a warrant to search anything else, such as EA or his residence, but the fact that they have not yet obtained a warrant to search him or his residence suggests that they don't have enough probable cause yet to do so.

Or he agreed to it when being interviewed.

I keep going back to this also. Why did it change from they went seperate ways to she may have gotten a ride with him? It just makes me lean towards a third party being involved, maybe with EAs help at the very least. IMO.
I can understand a flight risk scenario or not wanting to let someone in on all that you know but sounds like he may need to be scared straight. Obviously the picketing had an effect on him. Silence isn't working IMO.

It's terrible. It just seems like we are no closer to finding Christina. We have people who have lied, we have people scared to talk, and we have no evidence of a crime. I guess the forensics must've shown nothing because LE said this in that article when they were searching around Watters Creek just the other day.
"So far they have found no evidence of foul play and no evidence of Morris since she disappeared from the Shops at Legacy in the early morning hours of Aug. 30."
Seriously??? They think the only logical way to have left the garage was in EA's car but they have no evidence of her since she disappeared?? So she didn't leave in his car? Arrgh. I wish they'd release the video of all the cars leaving or at least give us times that the other cars left the garage. I know LE doesn't have to tell anyone anything but I'm just saying I wish they would. I just can't believe that after 3 months and all the forensics they have done on that car they still have no evidence. It's maddening.

It is terrible! There must be something really serious that has people scared to talk. EA said in his interview he has been getting threats and is afraid for his families safety. I interpret the threats coming from people wanting him to tell the truth about what happened to Christina since the case when national. It hasnt made him crack and the others wont speak so what could they be afraid of? What are they covering up? Are they willing to be charged for impeding an investigation or worse accessories? There are anonymous tip lines. I pray anyone who knows anything at all just comes forward.

whatever needs to come to light if it means finding Christina so be it. Her family deserves answers. Her father has said at the beginning nobody is pressing charges just let her go let her come home.

Here is what I don't get. It has been stated repeatedly that EA lies - a lying liar that lies and there is evidence of some lies. So why when his statements fit a particular popular scenario is he suddenly as credible as the Pope?

I don't think anyone is saying EA's words are more or less credible to fit any particular scenario. Seems pretty straight forward to me -- why would EA give an excuse for a bite if there was no bite? That's not saying he told the truth about the bite.

That's what's crazy!
We can't be sure that what reporters report is actually fact (because honestly we have no idea where they got the info from),
we can't use fb comments as fact because (sorry... but....) a lot of comments are heated knee jerk emotional rants,
we can't use EA's statements as fact because much of what he has said is disputed and some of it can be proven as incorrect based on actual verifiable sources such as the toll gantry and Kroger video,
we can't take what any of the friends say happened that night as fact (like what she had on, how she felt, if she lost/found her keys, where she was planning to stay or go that night) because they have not been consistent or forthcoming.

So much of the information in this case is hearsay. It's terrible. We have NO ONE who was actually THERE that night who we can say is 100% honest and forthcoming. Not one person. Everything we are speculating about is second or third hand and a lot is from people who we are all saying are liars to begin with!!

Verifiable facts so far:
EA's car arrives in garage immediately followed by CM's car at 11:22 pm on Aug 29
CM and EA walked into the garage at 3:57 am on Aug 30
EA left garage in his car at 3:58 am
EA tagged at Custer Road Gantry at 4:08 am
EA on video at Kroger at 10:15 am

That's it for the time stamps. That's all we have. Other than that we have a bunch of he said/she said Who Shot JR? that can be argued about or speculated on until the cows come home. Now LE more likely than not has more such as: where he exited, or the pings from his phone, when he actually clocked in to his work, etc. We know from the warrant that there were enough lies to give enough reason to investigate his vehicle, but beyond that we have nothing. No one knows what LE is doing or has found and I'm sure they are keeping a lot held close to their chests. They would be stupid not to. And as we question the validity of people's statements, I am sure that LE questions it even more. While we are merely reading about it all, LE is the one who actually interviewed people face to face and have dug deeply into their pasts or even have been following them around. It's just a problem if they have no evidence of a crime being committed. Who knows, maybe someone gave them a piece of information to go on and we just don't know it.
I hope they get a break in the case soon.

Ok I just had another thought. I know he wiped his phone(s) clean and most likely hiding something related to what happened that night. Of course phone records can still show who he called and text. Also pings on his cell phone can show where he was. What if he was taking her somewhere and put the address in gps on his phone. If he used google maps even if he wiped his phone his recent searches/addresses will be linked to his google/gmail account.

And Id like to add many times the person responsible for the crime is searching along with the family. So why not say. Its 3 months now .

It's not that difficult to understand they don't want someone to figure out where they searched and move her body if they're getting close. Sorry i had to say it but it seems like you're not following.

Many times in missing persons cases the person responsible is out searching right along with the family.
And I am following!


After 3 months if she was to be moved its done already!

VIs have stated that they are keeping search locations private per the advice of Texas Equusearch. I think we should respect that and stop questioning their motives.

Right - that was my point earlier. He has been caught in several lies, so why is he believable at all? We here would have no way to know when he was telling the truth or lying. But it seems at times people will quote something he said to be fact or believable. Thats where I get confused lol. (BBM) JMO
