I just watched the EA uncut interview. It was interesting to watch it again, now that we have so much more information. He seems so robotic & emotionless. He "just wants her to be found, so all this can be over" & "hopes her family has the strength to get through this". My quotes are not exact, but close. The bold-faced lies spewing from his mouth.. really disgusting.

Oh I know what you mean! He even mentions he goes to church and prays for her to be found and for all of this to be over with.

Not going down any roads against TOS. Just jumping off info given in MSM & warrants - EA said he woke his brother. Maybe it was to get keys to his car?

And theorizing that now that we know he went back near SOL, he took another car from his house, that I would assume happened unknown to anyone else in the house. Unless it's when he woke his brother.

Pretty sure this is all inside the line of TOS. :)

I'm wondering if he was expecting his brother to be there when he got home.

I'm concerned about the container of Odor Ban found in the trash pull. If on container makes 32 gallons then it should be enough when reconstituted to fully immerse a person within a large 55 gallon barrel.

Working on a theory here but did EA's family have a big rain barrel go missing or anything?

I can see at least one and possibly two storage sheds on their property from Google Maps. Did they even have a 55 gallon drum or a rain barrel?

This is just a theory based on the new information. I have a house full of pets and teenage boys and one container of Odor Ban last me about 2 years.

From satellite on Google Maps I can see at least one and possibly two storage sheds at the Arochi home. Do they or did they ever contain a 55 gallon drum or rain barrel?

Wow. So sad. Would explain why Christina hasn't been found yet. Where would someone take and leave the barrel?
Did EA have access to a truck or van? Anybody know?

it does seem they were not able to find her DNA inside his car and only in the trunk. But he did spend so much time making sure the inside was clean and vacuumed it may take a more extensive thorough search. I am curious to see if the unknown male DNA found is EA's.

I'm not 100% sure that her DNA wasn't found elsewhere within his car. The way I look at a warrant is that the only evidence they need to present is evidence that supports what they need it to at the moment. They needed to arrest him for aggravated kidnapping and if her DNA is in the trunk, one can assume she was in the trunk against her will (not like they were sneaking her into the drive-in.) They may have found DNA evidence of her in the passenger seat, but that could just be contact DNA and doesn't need to be presented for this warrant. Now if they found a substantial amount of DNA that seemed like blood, then it would make sense to bring it up. I think they have waaayyyy more than what is in the warrant, but it will be released as needed.

Thank you for this. I was unable to watch when it first came out for some reason my kindle wouldn'tt play it. But I'm watching itt now and honestly the reporter seems more nervous than EA and knowing what we now know from the warrants, WOW he doesn't give off any nervous guilty vibes. Scary.

But warrant doesn't have her listed on the Whatburger trip.

from Search Affidavit
Boss informed Detective Hay after the group of friends left Scruffy Duffy's she, Paulina Petrosky and Enrique Gutierrez Arochi got into her car and drove to Whataburger. Boss, Arochi, and Petrosky then drove to Petrosky's apartment.

The above is SB's statement, and she only specified who went in her car to Whataburger. I don't know what kind of car she has, but rather than cram 5 people in, they probably took 2 cars. JMO

Apologies in advance, but I am going crazy trying to find where it was stated that one of the friends saved four parking space right next to each other. Am I crazy? I'm sure I read that. Was it an interview or was it something on here? Can you please link it if you find it?? I've been searching, but to no avail. TIA

I don't believe they went in two cars unless they ate there. Whataburger is huge for after hours food. You get it to go. No reason for 2 cars to go through the drive thru. This is my opinion and actual experience when I was younger and partied.

I also remember reading this about the spaces. Possibly her mom said that on video somewhere bc I am picturing her saying it for some strange reason. Nancy Grace interview??

Not doubting your post at all, and actually am thanking you for the info. But I wish I could remember the poster's name here that seemed to have a lot of knowledge on cell phones, pings etc and I could've sworn I read a post where that person had said that the phone will continue to ping whether the battery is dead or not, whether the phone is on or off, and the only way it wouldn't was if it had been destroyed; for example, thrown in water, ran over, etc. Does anyone else remember this?

Can't recall the poster but, over several cases, posters/experts have informed as long as the battery has some juice left (whether the phone is on or off) a phone can ping a tower (if there is one close enough). That is my understanding anyway. The best way to make sure a phone isn't traceable is to remove the battery.

I just remembered a recent exchange where someone claimed that submerging a phone in water will do the trick too. Not positive if true though.

Has the way EA was parked been mentioned? Did he pull in or back into the parking space at Legacy?
What if, while backing out, he ran Christina down?
I can't picture the exact layout of the garage but is there a possibility he'd have to adjust the car for any reason?
If he was half in the bag and Christina didn't enter her car immediately (last text to HF to leave the door unlocked), maybe she was standing outside her car while he was backing out and turning at the same time. If he did this forcefully, he could have hit that pole (what if CM was standing against it sending the text?).
Then he swooped her up and placed her in the trunk and continued out of the garage.
I know this or similar ideas have been discussed before. This would take the least amount of time though if DNA evidence of CM's was found nearby too. Otherwise, how was she injured so quickly near the pole, etc.

I've seen video of an abductor swooping a woman up and putting her in the trunk of the car. It only takes ten seconds or less. Or, maybe, he abducted her (without hitting her with the car) and, for some reason, nobody heard her screaming. You'd think she would. Watching ID I've seen cases where this has happened. The perp gets away with the person, drives to an isolated spot and does what they planned on doing.

Thank heavens! I thought I was losing it! Thank you!!
So here is my question: How do you save four parking spots right next to each other a the Shops on a Friday night at 11:30ish?? That seems weird. Does the first person jump out of their car and then stand in the other three spots? It is a little odd that there were four spots right next to each other to begin with. The Shops are pretty busy at that time of night. I guess we can figure that the four drivers at that time were CM, EA, SN, and SB since we know that Christina's car and Arochi's car were still there, SB drover her car to Whataburger, and we have to guess that SN drove Christina either to Whataburger or at least to PP's apartment.
I am curious about the other people from the party before the bar hopping. Weren't there 8-10 to start with? Where did they park? Were they not part of this caravan that went to the bars?
Is it still correct that they went to Henry's first (around 11:30ish) then went to Scruffy Duffies (around 12:30ish)? The others should ahve parked nearby as well, right?
