Seems to me that the point is, EA left the apartment angry, with CM.. nothing confusing about that to me...

It still baffles me that NO ONE was concerned for her welfare when she left with an angry, lecherous, sexually frustrated Enrique. MOO

Defense could say that when they got to the garage, they were both attacked by a third party. EA got his marks and wounds from the attack at this point or later. Or EA was not attacked, just she was but he was threatened to not do anything as the person attacked her. The attacker put CM in the trunk and put EA either there or in the back seat (regarding eA see previous note). He didn't tell police this because one, who would believe him. Two, the person threatened his family and/or him. The third party drove away, as we have heard the video is grainy of the car driving out and they can't make out the driver.

The prosecution has to prove that EA put her IN the trunk. I can see the defense casting doubt or at least they should that someone else did do it. Considering MANY of us believe that someone else was involved, I believe a jury is also going to have some doubts.

^^I can, totally, see this scenario going down.

Do we know if the video from Kroger shows EA's injuries and/or alleged limp?

They were probably too high to be concerned....

If they have video of them parking next to each other and walking away they have video of exactly what happened in that garage! Right?

I think they only know they parked next to each other by what someone has TOLD LE
I don't think they were seen parking JUST SEEN entering

As I recall, hopefully correctly, they parked catty-corner as opposed to side-by-side and IIRC the camera caught enough for LE to know it was their cars but not enough to see the entirety of both vehicles.

I agree with this; probably HF was, too. I just have a hard time understanding why HF didn't notice her facebook wasn't active, etc. Just seems like a long time to me, but maybe not to someone who had been up for days and maybe slept for days afterwards.

Hmmm.. having served on a felony jury before, personally I would find that far-fetched. The prosecution would probably destroy that theory, even with just the evidence we currently know... JMO!!

This still bothers me!

police blotter w/ all reports from 8/30. There was a disturbance at 5700 Scruggs way (the address they were at) a little after 2 am. Also there was another missing person reported that night (for those who thought it was a discrepancy in earlier posts)

It is far fetched that someone they know could be in the garage waiting for them? It took them 20 mins to get there according to the VIs. I could drive places in less than 20. A guest could have texted someone and said, "they left." Someone could have drove there. Walked there. Casting doubt is the name of the defenses game. I could think of SO MANY ideas. Not in the mood to post them all because all i will hear is not possible, no way, and he put her IN the trunk. I explore a lot because where is Christina?

I still see no proof EA is the one that allegedly kidnapped CM from the garage. Or ...that she was for sure ever really a kidnap victim.
nor is there any proof of EA actually putting her in a trunk.
I still see no proof her body dead or alive was ever in a trunk.
jmo

Frisson, are we sure they searched her home?? I don't ever remember hearing that? It would be very odd to me if they did not search her home.

If I ever go missing make sure the police do a thorough search of my house!!
Thank you. Wow. I have to ask.... WHY was the home not searched?
Seriously?!!!! Omg......

Respectfully, to me, yes it is far-fetched... I just don't see the motive for any type of conspiracy. To me these are young "yuppie-type" recreational drug users & not some big-time dealers/addicts. I also believe HF was nothing more than a 2-bit drug dealer, charged with a felony, because he committed a federal offense by selling illegal drugs... If there was some kind of plan to do away with CM, it was certainly not well thought out & I don't think it would be in a parking garage at 4:00 am, with the high risk of getting caught. All JMO!!

But wouldn't EA have said that to the police to begin with? He didn't say anything like that when he was being questioned did he?

Anybody could have put her in his trunk, maybe when he wasn't looking. Everybody lies, that's not a crime. Perhaps the drug cartel kingpin that orchestrated it is threatening to tell EAs parent about his crack addiction.

Well, the fact that he was a drug user is public knowledge now. No reason for him to hold back if that's all he's worried about.
IMO

Guys, you need to be careful about what your posting when it comes to Hunter. You can discuss the fact that he was arrested and for what but nothing more. He is not a suspect in this case and discussing as fact or theory that he is some how involved with Christina missing is not allowed. Unless you can link to something showing he's involved knock it off!
