I don't think I would go as far as to say I feel I'm being told what to post, but I will say when I do post something or I see others post something, it is quickly met with almost condescending responses. And yes, I understand that is my problem in how I perceive things, but it's obvious I'm not the only one.

Until someone has been convicted of murder and/or AK, AND until she is found, I will cotinue to speculate.

If I had never learned of the "good rock" text minutes prior to her disappearance, I'd probably be right there with ya and have less people on ignore.

MOO

...and you have my permission to speculate...lol:peace::)

IMO:
I've been posting on here since early November & never once had the feeling that anyone was dictating to me what to post, what to believe, or what not to believe. I read posts & sometimes I agree, sometimes I don't... sometimes i comment, sometimes I don't. Many times I scroll & roll.. Sometimes I take a few days off..
But, I'm just not seeing any sign of anyone saying what is ok to post.. Maybe some are too thin-skinned... or maybe I'm naive (lol).. dunno
JMO & IMO!!

People will and do disagree on here. That is fine! Reacting isn't. Scroll and roll.

I agree, this is standard on all public forums. We're all free to come or go.

I will be interested to see if the defense tries to make reasonable doubt with HF's extra-carriculars. Also, from what I've gathered from some of CM's true friends, she wasn't all that opposed to his lifestyle. It'll be interesting for sure. Not saying EA isn't guilty. But I still wonder if he didn't have an ulterior motive, what with the good rock text and all. MOO

I wonder if the same witnesses will be testifying that were at the bond hearing. I'm curious as to why CM and SN didn't go to Whataburger with the rest of the peeps. Do we know if they just stayed back at PP's apartment or were they still at the bar when everyone else went to WB?

I'm interested in hearing more from SN. In one of the early interviews, he states she seemed upset but he didn't know why but then later we learn from him, she was upset because HF threatened to beat up the ex.

I'm not saying SN is suspect, but I do wonder about this. MOO

Do we know what ever happened to the PI? Haven't heard much from her.

**Please forgive me for the rapid fire posts, I'm refamiliarizing myself with the media thread.**

Thoughts on how EA got her in the trunk so fast? Blow to the head? Does anyone think he had a weapon or this was possibly premeditated?

I still don't believe she left the garage in his trunk, despite the police statements indicating that's what they think happened. I think she went with him willingly at first. Otherwise I don't think he would have been so meticulous about vacuuming on the passenger side and wiping the door on the passenger side.

I think LE couldn't find forensic evidence placing her on the passenger side, but obviously did find evidence placing her in the trunk, so they had to use the evidence they had to make the theory they had plausible enough for an arrest warrant. And that's the only reason they said she left in the trunk. I don't think LE really believes that, either.

I totally agree. I have no idea though why they would insist she left in his trunk.

What are your thoughts as to why she got in willingly?

IMO (back to the damn keys) I think he offered to take her back to the apartment to get her keys since it was such a long walk. MOOOOOO

I have no idea what the PI status is. I'm not sure what her track record is, in these types of cases. According to her web page:

Holding licenses in Texas, affiliated with Florida and California. Her work has been noted and is personally responsible for leading the authorities both State and Federal to a high-end criminally activity ring located in Denton, Texas. She contributed to the narcotics division on investigations, also works in conjunction with local law enforcement to reduce deplorable activities. Paula takes a personal interest with at risk teens and their parents. Her work has gained the respect of larger firms because of her expertise in surveillance, involving cheating spouse, worker’s compensation. As a respected member of her church, she takes a personal interest in elder abuse, abuse of the mentally challenged and disabled, as well as child abuse, child custody. As a prior practicing nurse she is very aware of medical malpractice and can help shed light if you have questions or concerns.

Maybe she hit a dead end.. :whiteflag: (jmo)

I don't understand why his warrant is so closely related to the other person named in the document. Were they partners? Do they have the same lawyer? Why does it just say "and others?"

I wondered the same thing, I have no idea...

Regarding Tilley's quote about if we knew what the evidence was, we'd understand and that's why they're not releasing info; was that before or after we learned of the evidence IN THE TRUNK? I can't seem to find his original quote. TIA

Is a female the "other person"?
Do you know if she was found and arrested too?
Iirc it was believed she was on the run at the time the others were arrested.
I don't know if that is true or not.

IIRC before:
"The DNA evidence and the details that surround that... if we were able to release that, you would understand it more," said Plano police spokesman David Tilley. "Unfortunately, we're unable to release that." "
