Let me rephrase my question: why is against TOS to discuss something that is a verified public record accessible to anyone even if the info is not being mentioned in MSM?

It is because those people have not been named by LE to be POI's in this case. If they bring up their pasts and it makes media, that be one thing, Imo.

Man, I KNEW that thing was trouble, and not just because it scared the bajiminy out of me every time a new message "bubbled" up on the screen. I wasn't even opposed to all the privacy stuff everyone was freaking out about-- it was more about being forced to download an additional app and dedicate the extra phone space to it (oh-so-limited on my stupid lg optimus prime or whatever it's called). Well, that and the startling POP when a new message appeared. Deleted that app really quickly...

Dove season for the first. I feed them and fatten them up and the hunters who live around me reap the benefits! I have the big doves and the little Mexican doves too. And, I have about 100 hummingbirds right now that are emptying my 8 feeders every day. I had to buy 20 lbs of sugar again today. Whoever said eats like a bird hasn't seen my birds!

Ex-husband used to clean the doves in the kitchen sink...blechhh... but I'm super-sqeamish and can't prepare meat AND eat it. One or the other, that's all I can handle.

I've thought those were cameras in the past and I have been told that they are sensors to turn the lights green for emergency vehicles and not cameras.

I haven't asked about these specific ones but others that look the same.

Those are signal sensors NOT Surveillance cameras. !

Since CM's bf has access to her Facebook account, they could download her Facebook data and get all sorts of information like networks she has attached to (work, school, friend's wireless), last update location, and just about anything else that may be of use.

I don't want to dismiss the idea of this-- I know it is a very real problem. It just seems very unlikely that it would occur at the The Shops and at that time, especially to someone who had so many... what's the word?... romantic conflicts and criss-crossing paths with... argh... I'm discouraged by what we just can't say.

But I used to teach middle school in Dallas... so many unsupervised teens, so many opportunities, so much tragedy shared in my own classroom, daily. If someone wanted to traffic females, they'd have much better luck down there than in Plano. Not trying to have a N.I.M.B.Y. attitude, just saying it doesn't sit right with my logic and experience.

The TES search team named the drone they used searching "The Christina" very touching! Praying the family is holding up okay.
If I text and called my BF 15 times and he didn't answer I would definitely head home to take care of dog. Jmo

Yeah , I guess 4am at the shops is not ideal.

I guess I was looking at the last possible "random" thing possible

this is someone known to her for sure. someone that she willingly went with and had zero fear of at 4am .. otherwise I m sure there would have been a struggle or remnants of one.

I think after 15 times that morning ..I would think:
A) he was out with someone else or that someone was inside my place with him and my dog- Livid
B) He intentionally blocked my calls so I would not disturb him
C) He is taking my stuff
D) What if something happened -another break in ??
E) He is in a rage and on his way here to embarrass me in front of my friends -cause scene

The link I posted earlier about the kidnapping wasn't him. I screwed that one up. This guy is wanted for kidnapping, but probably something recent. He's too busy to be at the Shops.

I think you should receive a fair and informative answer. I don't know the answer, but I know there are a lot of gentle souls on here with a wealth of information, and the moderators can be really helpful (without making you feel foolish in the process!)

It's insane how much is on there. The location thing is what peaked my interest, if she was talking to anyone. She also has over 900 friends so who knows. It looks like some of her settings have been changed, the "add friend" option isn't available anymore.
