Yeah... creepy & disrespectful. I'm surprised his attorney didn't say something to him. He should have been held in contempt of court.. JMO

What a creep. Many stand with y'all even if we can't physically be present to assist with the searches. Prayers are said every night for Christina to be found.

I read they believe it's a child and that braces were found. Not sure if it's teeth braces or like leg braces. Moo

We saw several delays in the Sierra Lamar case in CA. She went missing in the spring of 2012 and a suspect was arrested within 2-3 months. There were NUMEROUS delays. Just last month a trial date was set for late April 2016 - over 4 years later. I really hope that doesn't happen here.

Re Sierra Lamar case (from Mar, 2015): "Even without a body, 23-year-old Antolin Garcia-Torres has been charged in her death. His lawyer last week told a judge he needed at least another six weeks to prepare for the murder trial. The district attorney is seeking the death penalty in the case.

"Searchers believe Garcia-Torres knows where her body is and are begging him to end their pain by telling them the location."

Not a lot of information yet but that location is closer to where the boyfriend was staying in the hotel. Do any of the lakes or rivers up closer to where all of EA's activity was drain into the Trinity River so they could have washed the body there?

Yes it's terriblely sad anytime a body turns up ... hopefully this will bring closure to some family somewhere. I know we all get invested in certain cases so when a body is found near a missing person case we have been following we all kind of hope it will bring us closure.

I'm sorry to only post those kinds of things here. I'm local so when I see anything like that pop up on the local news, she is my first thought. I'm very sorry to the family if that is upsetting.

It's cleanup from all of the recent rains and in spring we had a ton of rain as well and the Trinity was well over its banks for weeks. So , in theory, this bone could have come from anywhere and ran into the Trinity River.

That river stems from the lake where I believe Christina was seen fighting with Hunter (some disagree it was them). It could be possible with all the horrible rain storms a body was carried some distance. EA was probably familiar with the lake, too.

Was the known and/or suspected activity area of EA that night, or where CM was known to be, in a watershed leading to this area of the Trinity? Not at all. Those would primarily drain to and from Lake Lavon or Lake Ray Hubbard.

The question I addressed was "Do any of the lakes or rivers up closer to where all of EA's activity was drain into the Trinity River so they could have washed the body there?"

The fact is, (a) the area where EA was (including the broad vicinity of his work, his home, and his known route up the tollway and around and to the Shops that night) is a long ways from where these remains were found, and (b) the watershed from "EA's area" simply does NOT flow to this part of the Trinity. Instead, it flows to a completely different set of lakes and rivers (Lavon, Ray Hubbard, perhaps White Rock). It is not a maybe, but rather a "no," as water runoff will always follow the same predictable course, per the elevations, topography, and contours of the land.

And I certainly don't want to muddy up the thinking of others unfamiliar with the area, by saying "maybe" when the answer is clearly no, as I'm sure they want to understand the likelihood (or lack of same) of a body found in this location turning out to be CM.
