A member decoded the html and determined it was uploaded that evening, but not necessarily taken that night, IIRC?

True, there's no way to tell, as far as I know, where the picture was taken from the coding unless the geotag feature on instagram is turned on. Otherwise you could pull the html codes and find the longitude/latitude where gps captured/uploaded the picture.

I was in a hurry above and maybe wasn't as clear as I could have been. But, ya know....I'm FOR SURE with you here. Noone has really provided credible information or proof of a crime, so I'm moving on too until new, reliable information is available as well. I'll make one last effort by going to Henry's to get a cold one this week and maybe the bartender has something, lol.

Im telling you .. she decided to walk away and start a new life somewhere else.
I do not see a case here.

Cancun. You don't even need a passport do you? Although, I wouldn't chance it now days. Appears you can get arrested for getting in the wrong lane and unable to turn around. And don't be packing either. :pillowfight2:

Thank you CookieM. Found a nut! Bringing forth vi13's comment from 09/05/2014 at 0933 hours, post #310:

"Hi all, I've been anxiously waiting to contribute to this thread and finally was approved by the mods.

I am an old friend of Christina's. We used to hang out a lot back in the day and I saw her randomly at school after we lost touch. I am in shock because I ran into her the night she went missing. What are the chances of that? I hadn't seen her in almost three years prior.

I got to the Shops a little after 11pm and I actually saw her walking from the same garage as me near Henry's. At the time, I didn't know it was her, but I remember her flowy outfit. She walked into Henry's right before me with two girls.

I want to say around 11:30 or 12, we saw each other near the bar near the patio. We were catching up a bit when two guys approached us. One talked to me and the other to her. The one talking to me said, "I see you're not holding a drink!" I replied, "It's over there on the table." I can't remember what else he said, but I didn't want them talking to us so I told him my boyfriend was right behind him (he really was). The guy was a smart 🤬🤬🤬 and said, "Oh, do you want me to meet him?" This whole time, I didn't hear anything the other guy said to Christina. After his smart 🤬🤬🤬 remark, the conversation went flat and Christina said, "I'm going back to my friends." I gave her a huge hug and whispered in her ear, "Those guys are so annoying!" And she said, "I know!" We parted ways and said our goodbyes.

I texted her mom and told her the gist of this small ordeal. Is this really significant? Most likely not, but I figured anything helps to retrace some steps. I truly think that this was not a random person and that someone she knows was involved. But the tiny chance this is significant, I'd want it to be known.

I really don't think she would have driven home drunk. Christina is really responsible and I truly have nothing bad to say about her. When we were closer, she worked a lot. I'm pretty sure she paid her way through college herself, which is impressive for someone that graduated from a great university on time.

There was no signs she was distressed about anything. She seemed happy and normal.

Not only does this hit close to home because she is a friend, but for those that don't know her, this is crazy to happen in Plano. Plano is one of the safest cities in the country! The Shops are a common hang out for Plano folks and has always felt safe. I can't tell you how many times I've driven there alone and met up with friends and walked back to my car alone.

It's been a week and I'm scared, anxious and obsessed with this right now, to be honest. I just want her home safe."

Kind of voids SN comment, "She seemed a little upset that night, but didn't know what was wrong." And I believe her co-worker said she was upset at work because she found out her BF was cheating, correct?

Passport, yes.

Well with this being my 777th post dedicated to just this one particular local incident, I continue to pray that only answers of the complete truth reveal itself so that the immediate family can have closure.

OT:
Thru the years, I have learned that in any type of traumatic situation sometimes it is best for everyone's well-being to just be blunt and stick with the facts and then work thru the rest one by one. Emotions vs Factual Reality
Like Family Law for example.. Couples going thru a Divorce are highly emotional and have a misconception that their emotions will be validated and favored in the courtroom.... Not True ... Emotions are for Counseling Professionals
Courtrooms of Divorce Attorney's are just to figure up what property needs to be divided and what percentage. That's it.

Yes, you are correct. Cried at work because of cheating BF.

<snipped from your link>

"More than a week after Morris disappeared from the parking lot at the Shops at Legacy, police still have no suspects and no tips on where she might be located.

"She has disappeared, and we've got nothing that gives us any direction of where she might be at this time," said Plano Police Ofc. David Tilley.

Pete and repeat!

I will say there is a glaring ommission from that article regarding the person seen in the video with Christina is not considered a suspect. So, why is that not enough evidence if Christina was never seen again from said last location to obtain a search warrant of his vehicle, administer a lie detector test and search his home? :fishy:

Yeah, I don't get why no search warrant as well. We need the Chief from UVA on this one!

So at least at Henry's she was with 2 girlfriends when Vi ran into her. We are still missing at least one set of initials in the 4-5 friend
Were there 4-5 girlfriends or a combo including EA and SN

Anyone new care to add more info?
Outfits?
Outfit changes?
More info on timeframe?
Did she lose car keys and housekey?
what all did she have with her that may be items to look for?

Any info that might help locate her from her friends?

The Plano Police Department re-posted information about the $5,000 reward on Facebook Friday morning, just one day shy of three weeks when Christina was last seen.

"If they felt fear of making a report or whatever, this gives them that option and go ahead. It doesn't have to be anything elaborate, just give us some information to lead us in a direction," said Tilley.

Equusearch Suspends Search for Missing Woman

Investigators continue to chase down tips and leads, but so far, have not turned up anything solid.
“Clearly I don’t believe that she disappeared into thin air”, said Plano police spokesman David Tilley. “ I think that she’s with somebody and somebody knows something about her.”
"We need everybody and anybody that knows something to please come forward, please. We beg of you," McElroy said Thursday. "There's a person out there [who knows.] There has to be. Obviously somebody knows something."

No search dogs, no search warrant. Ridiculous.

  • #853
Completely innocent question - How do we know that no search warrants have been executed? Are they definitely a matter of public record (in TX) that we could look up? How do we know they haven't been executed and the media/general public just doesn't know about it?

Great questions, but, personally, I have to omit the car keys and housekey information simply because of where that information came from - the article that contained the hoax about vicious rape and beating of young in same garage 2 weeks after Christina's disappearance. A shame. :moo: That's just me though. The keys may play a part in the disappearance :dunno:

Good point! I don't know. You would think that information would have leaked out, but if anyone knew they aren't saying and neither is the press.

long time member, first post here. I am interested in this case in particular because I am a local (Dallas). [modsnip] I personally think (hope!) PPD knows more than they are saying, and hopefully we will all know more soon.

Perhaps vi's account of CM's happy demeanor vs SN's is because CM put on a 'happy face' for her. I know when I am upset and am around people I am not close to, I don't really let it all out. CM could have been generally happy to see an old friend she hadn't seen in a while. I do think its strange her friends are not talking more on social media and local media.... it seems everyone is tight lipped. Why?

Zip, nada, nothing! It rips my heart out to know the mother is literally begging for information regarding Christina. My heart breaks with her heart.

This is why I have stated my observations... and have the position that I do.

They have No Credible Solid Leads , Asking for Help,3 Weeks Later.

:welcome5: Glad you decided to post! I agree about putting on a happy face. Sure we have all put on a happy face at times when you really wanted to cry. Christina probably was very excited to see her friend. Per txyorkiemom's article from September 20th, it would seem that Officer Tilley from PPD knows nothing more than we do. Sounds like they are begging for information too. You, my friend, have asked the $$$$ million dollar question, why?

Thanks! I kind of do think Tilley know more... maybe not 'knows' in the sense he can arrest someone i.e have hard evidence, but I do think he/they (PPD) have a hunch and a direction. I do hope that my reasons for feeling this way is not just blind optimism ;) My brother is a detective for NBPD and I get they feeling they hold a lot close to the vest, for YEARS even. Even when they know the answers, they play dumb. I truly hope this is case.
