Sane here, I only hear morning. The rest is too mumbled to make anything of IMO.I feel really dense because I can’t hear anything other than “morning”. Everything else is just mumbles to my ears.

Has the husband been cleared? Last I read from LE they hadn't officially cleared anybody?
I don't think he has been officially cleared, although it's been mentioned in lots of MSM that he has been very cooperative (just one example: 'Anniversary for a funeral': Few leads in murder of Tomball woman as family pleads for help). I don't think that necessarily means much. I'm sure in a case like this LE are looking at him closely.
Just reiterating but I really think it must've been someone extremely close to Elizabeth that arranged this. How else would they have known about the garage sale and that she would be alone at that time, especially since they only put up posters that morning? IMO the key is looking at who she or her husband met up with or texted in the days before. Especially if the truck lead is a dead-end (which it must be otherwise we would know by now). MOO
I agree, he's never been anything but cooperative. But yep, it's also got to be someone (or arranged by someone) with intimate knowledge of Elizabeth's life and routine and even sudden changes in plans. If it's not the husband, it has to have been a close friend or relative or a colleague she confides in on the regular. Or, someone that knows the husband very well and is in constant communication with him - and yet you'd assume police would already have gone over all of both their recent communications with a fine tooth comb already. Nothing really makes any sense.
What note? Sorry, missed that.Turn it up and try to zone out an listen pass the the static, and than you will hear it.
Who thought Liz was in the way of their happiness or believed she was preventing them from living the life as they imagined it?
I’m hearing more things as I keep listening and here’s what I’m making out:
1:13 Elizabeth: good morning!
1:15 Possibly the shooter saying “morning!” Or some cheerful expression or just noise. I’m not sure about this at all
1:19 Shooter: Give it to me
1:21 Elizabeth: No!
1:25 Shooter: You were right. Sorry. I have (unintelligible) to shoot you.
In my other reply I thought it was a hired hit but now I’m not so sure. Seems like she might know the killer. Is anyone here savvy with audio technology and able to clean up this sample? I’m fairly sure I hear “give it to me” but I’m not positive. What’s really driving me crazy is I can’t make out the one or two words he says in between “I have” and “to shoot you”
It almost sounds like he’s trying to say “I’m gonna have to shoot you” but gets it wrong and says it backwards: “I have to gonna shoot you.” People do misspeak sometimes. Especially if they’re nervous.
If you could repost the link for me, Ill send it to someone who is an audio engineer, with a recording studio. He may be able to clean it up a little. TIA
I'd guess they are sure he wasn't the shooter (not his body shape).Has the husband been cleared? Last I read from LE they hadn't officially cleared anybody?
I'd guess they are sure he wasn't the shooter.
From that point of view, having it all recorded is a good thing for him. If she'd just been found dead on her lawn, I imagine he'd be the prime suspect.
Oh I know, I followed the Sievers case from the beginning. You don't need to be the shooter to be ultimately responsible
