If true ... WHY ? Why would she have gone to a different school (for only 2 weeks)? Were there problems at her school?

There are so many questions in this case and so few answers :banghead:

1. Has SA had any contact with BD since she asked him to move out of her home?
i.e. phone calls, texts, messages sent to someone else for her, among other ways

2. Does CD or his gf work?

Just on Newswest 9....The 2 girls that LE were requesting to come forward, have done so and now LE is going to Middle School to question students?

For the record I do NOT think that Hailey is a run away.
I also do NOT think BD is purposely lying. I do think everyone's perception of circumstances can be totally different, and I do think that she might have a tendency to believe people and their stories and be a little more trusting than I am.

I asked yesterday (and maybe missed the answer) but can a local tell us what the grade levels are for the C-City schools ?

and if anyone knows if HD has attended another school district recently ?

The reason I ask is that it seems like HD has A LOT of "older" friends on her facebook page. A high percentage of them either go to high school or even college. LE stated they were going to the middle school to speak to kids so I think HD likely attends the middle school at this point.

This could be very important in determining how she could stay gone this long if she has indeed left of her own accord. It's going to be MUCH easier to leave if you have the help of a 17 -21 year old than if the only ones assisting you are also 13.

The other thing I find somewhat concerning are the lack of postings /comments on HD's facebook. IME ..... These kids comment on everything and anything back and forth to each other. With some 260+ friends I find it strange that the only comments to her statuses are (mostly) adults (presumably family or family friends?) The fact that other kids aren't commenting compiled with her posts about fighting with other girls ..... makes me wonder if HD's social problems were a lot worse than what has been suspected or reported.

I don't think off hand these cases are connected. However, I do want to note they are not THAT far in proximity.

Krishona Townsend went missing from Mineral Wells, Texas last July. It is about a three hour drive from Mineral Wells, to Colorado City, Texas. Map attached.

If the investigators keep going back to her for more questions to be answered, then that leads me to believe they have issuses with HER answers. Why?? What??
Along with them wanting her to take another polygraph.

This is very disturbing,because yesterday Dean said friends and family weren't being truthful and family member's stories were changing even as late as last night,which would have been Saturday night.Why are stories changing?Why is he saying now they don't know when she went missing.CD said she was at his house Christmas night and Sunday,but he didn't say Sunday night.He did say DD was spending the night with a friend Sunday night.BD said Hailey was sleeping when she left for work Monday,so did she see her?Who last saw her after she left CD's house Sunday?

I agree. She needs legal guidance. Even with an attorney she can still be forthcoming with LE but she would have the knowledge and protection of a professional in the legal field to help her navigate the legal waters that often get really choppy.

Tuesday, Billie called her son from work to get ahold of Hailey and tell her it was time to come home. The friend said Hailey never showed. I'm wondering if that's the scent the dogs picked up,from what BD told on NG the dogs started towards CD's,but not all the way to his house.The street where witness said she saw her was between both homes.Then the scent went towards the friend's,but went to the hotel area.If she wasn't on the video there,just wondering if they cut through there past the hotel.We didn't hear where the scent went from there.

Just so she can make sure that it is administered by a highly trained professional who knows what they are doing. If she were to fail the second one, then well...

(FWIW, I also think everyone who was previously tested should also be re-tested by the FBI, just as a precaution. It's strange that so many people would fail, unless of course... everyone really did fail the first one.) I think it would give more insight into who's being untruthful and CCPD will have a better idea of where to go from there...

I need to go back and listen to NG interview,because I thought BD said she had her coworker take her to LE to make the report,because she didn't have her car.I thought it was 11am,maybe that's when she talked to her son.Also,on 1/3,eight days later,BD was telling NG that SA came home from work,but on 1/4 NG said she heard he had left his job that morning and BD said he had gotten into that argument at work and left or whatever.

Unfortunately, Billie does not have a phone that Hailey would know the number to. That is another thing that is really bothering her.... what if Hailey had just enough time to make one call? Wouldn't you think it would be to Billie? When you call her phone, it goes straight to voice mail.

Umm I think she means came home to CCity from snyder checked some known places where hailey may be and went and filed a report?

Well I guess reporting Hailey missing was more important than having a pow-wow with her boyfriend? She was thinking of her child first. Now had she went home or sat on the phone for a half hour ..people would be saying the didnt understand why she didnt go straight to police...it's catch 22

LE got thier phones,but if a call is made to it,I'm sure the phone is turned on just for that reason.

I think you are correct, if LE wanted another poly then the FBI should administer it, simply because they are the experts and according to BD a handful of people failed.

Yep thats what she is saying LE has Billies phone and billie had to get a new phone with a different number . isn't that a crock of ...yeah
