thank you for that link to the newslink which outlines the latest in this case....I have now caught up rather quickly...

MOO he was more into Hailey than her mum, had fantasies and has acted on them and killed her. I really hope her mother wasnt involved in the coverup...how many times have we seen that happen now, put the man first. However am concerned that both their phones pinged at "scurry county"..... Is that close by? would there be any reason for them both to be there at that hour of the morning? why tell the LE he had been sacked, was this a lie to cover up the reason he left work at 6.30am?

If I have this right, the brother saw her playing a game that night, he stays at a friends, mum and boyfriend both go to work, she leaving at 6.20am and he leaves work at 6.30am and then both their phones ping in the same location, he was suppose to be at home with her that day, the brother returns at 4pm and she is not there and BF says she had gone to her dads and then a friends, is this correct??????

however a woman said she saw her on the phone in the backyard, is this the same day???

thanks am a bit confused

bbm

He took her to work that morning. Scurry County is the next county over from there they live, and it's also where Billie works. So if he came home, got her, and took her to work, then it would make sense that both phones would ping there.

The odd thing is that Billie said she left her phone at home that day for the kids to use. But it wasn't at home. Unless SA took it without Billie's knowledge. LE knows where that phone was all day long, I'm sure.

Not sure in weight how much $140 will buy, but I know $20 will buy a rock. I'm not sure the size of the rock either. But, I do know. My ex hubby was a crackhead. He stole and spent $2300 in 3 days and loan his pickup out in trade of drugs during that same 3 days.

yep, $20 will buy a small rock---a few hits and the high will be over in less than an hour w/ a $20 rock and leave you feigning for more.

disclaimer - i am not a drug or alcohol addict, never been an addicted to anything but cigarettes, shoes and shopping and i only know this because i worked at a drug rehab for 2 years while returning to school for my masters.

Not sure if it's still the "going rate"...but here's a link w/ addl info on price, etc.

You know another thing I've thought of when CD said DD went to his house Monday night to see if he'd seen Hailey and BD said Tuesday,is it would make so much sense. He had to beat on his door, climb in the window and see SA's expression.I'm almost betting DD did go to CD's that night and what freaks me out is the thought the child might have had to spend the night at BD's.I'm hoping he spent the night w/his Dad.

I guess that's just another discrepancy, just like almost every NG interview with this case. :waitasec:

Actually I have a thing for NG. My wife thinks I'm nuts. Does anyone know if they posted the official docs yet? I'm on my iPhone and keeping up is difficult to say the least.

I just hope that tomorrow the facts are weeded out through the fiction and those facts help find Hailey.

And there's this:

Quote:
Law enforcement officials detailed what Hailey left behind at her home: a toothbrush, hairbrush, contact solution, a new MP3 player – and a jacket that friends say she would not have left home without.
The weather was cold outside, but Adkins said he last saw Hailey leaving without the jacket and the personal items

Any mom, dad, grandma, grandpa out there right now with a child between the ages of 12 - 17 knows about these "jackets". Hoodies usually. My DD wears hers in the middle of August when its 107 in the shade so that statement about her friends saying she would have not left without it are very very true.

Sadly, I don't think Hailey left that house alive.

I wonder if SA is reading about the case at the different sites, he does like his computer.

I've been wondering that myself..my guess would be yes! We never know who is reading right here, right now..kinda skeery when you start thinking of ALL the reasons somebody might!

I would imagine it would depend on his reading level.

**I know, its late and I'm feeling all snarky***

Kimster - I promise I'll behave. Cross my heart.

Why would SA say that he was fired from his job when in fact he wasn't? Whats up with that?

Sadly, I scared to find out what did happen..it seems that every time you don't think a case can get any worse it does..and from the way this one has started out..well, I'm worried...If Hailey is gone, I hope and pray that she didn't know what was happening...

agreed, but if she was looking for blind love, then it should've been for her kids. She's 33 years old, with 2 teenaged kids. There's no sense in this.

I agree there is no sense in this. But let's be realistic...many single/divorced/ even seperated moms date. It is not like she met the guy on Friday and moved him in on Sat. She knew him for quite sometime. Personally, I would not move a guy in if my kids didn't like him. And I would surely show him the door if my kids were creeped out by him. But, that is me.

If SA does end up being the one responsible for Hailey's demise, there is no way Billie could have known he was a sick child killer. Maybe there were red flags and it kinda looks like there were. But who dates/lives with/marries someone they think could be a killer? Possibly, she just didn't see it.
Who truly can predict somenting this awful?

This is such a tragic situation and blaming Billie is not going to bring Hailey home.

JMHO

There has to be more to the story?
