She has stated she didn't have her phone that day and SA had access to it. Or if something did happen... maybe HD had it in her pocket? I guess I am just not ready to say BD is guilty over one article, especially when there has been so many different stories reported. IMO

I'm still not convinced that Billie was involved either. I think SA was entirely capable to doing this on his own.

What speaks volumes to me:
- Billie's repeated appearances on NG. Once, I could see - just to play the part. But over and over?

- SA had all day Monday and Tuesday without Billie around. By all accounts, she was at work. Even the affidavits don't address that issue, so I'm assuming she was, since they state the SA was not they would have stated the same for her.

- DD walked in on SA doing...something. Again, Billie was not there.

- the $140 for drugs. Could have been both of theirs, or could have been SA's. Billie did say that she did not use drugs, but she never said that SA didn't (or we actually don't know that).

- Why go on NG to announce you failed a LDT? If you're guilty, you'd run and hide. If you're innocent, you'd want to proclaim it to the world.

I'm not convinced she's guilty, but I'm not convinced she's innocent. I just have no idea. I want to believe she's innocent.

I'm still puzzled by the last few sentences in this article..It just stops..What in the world did Hailey's brother walk in on?

On the afternoon of Dec. 27 at about 4 p.m., Hailey’s brother DD returned home.

According to his father, Clint Dunn, DD arrived about 4 p.m. and pounded on the front door for about five minutes, and no one would let him in the door.

DD then let himself into the house through a window, where DD said he saw Adkins in a hallway with a “deer in the headlights look.”

And was the house normally locked up tight?
If so, him not having his key is another coincidence?
Five minutes is a long time to knock unless you are positive someone is in the house.

So timeline, DD sees her at nine pm the night before, both of SA and BD appear for work the next day, but we know for sure SA leaves. Is he on clean up and BD is at work? Is HD already gone during this timeframe? LE says they think she is home alone during that cellphone pings?

I'm thinking work truck.

Do we know if he had a work truck? I ask because I haven't heard either way and because if he did and worked a route or something along those lines...the going into work only to turn around and leave puzzles me..UNLESS he went to work thinking he would have a work truck and be able to leave in that..pretending to be working..and then found out once he got to work that wasn't the case that day, so he just walked out since he had a crime to cover up...

Way out there I know, but the going into work and just leaving only to tell LE that he was fired is very, very odd....

Sounds pretty simple...He had both phones with him? If he had Haylie in the vehicle the phone could also have been on her and pinging off the same cells towers. How the heck long was he gone, how far from the home are those cell towers, and did he really go to Big Spring?

deer in the headlights look; is that how crackheads look?
I remember CA's first mug shot with her wide eyes, and someone said they knew that look, the look of a crackhead.

just wondering out loud.

"Law enforcement officials detailed what Hailey left behind at her home: a toothbrush, hairbrush, contact solution, a new MP3 player – and a jacket that friends say she would not have left home without." http://www.ktxs.com/news/26459455/detail.html

So would this be the ipod touch?

Me too..and if I had to guess..wherever that phone pinged is where they are searching..I need to go back and read because at a glance I *thought* that it said Billie's phone pinged at the same location...I may be totally wrong there..going to check..

Yeah, and if both phones were pinging in the same location at the same time then who were they talking to - each other? Or do records show a phone's pings when they're on and not just in use?

Ok here's another question.

We are all reeling over all these "bombshells" tonight. But not once, anywhere in all that is there even a mention of the shed. Yet, they just went back out again today to look at that shed. (and no they didn't take the whole shed and return it)

So what's up with the shed? Why the interest but total omission in the affidavits?

I just want to say that I am furious right now and take back what I said about my admiration and respect for BD. It flew out the window. I am so sorry for Hailey, her brother and everyone that LOVES Hailey. May God help bring her home.

Where Hailey was at that time is what I wonder too...Something tells me the house may have a lock that can only be locked from the inside and SA obviously wasn't expecting DD to try to come in the window..So what did he catch SA doing? I have a big problem thinking that DD just said never mind and left, but idk?

Signing out.... Pray I'll be able to sleep and stop pondering all the possible scenarios.

God bless you, Hailey, wherever you are.

GRAPHIC WARNING- PLEASE PASS BY IF YOU ARE FAMILY OR SENSITIVE

OK, not really graphic, but it might be hard to read. I think the timeline with the questions to the brother are key. IMO, she was hurt before the 6 am time frame. SA went to work to make it look like everything was "ok" and then took her somewhere. So.... I'm thinking he left work and then put her somewhere. Does that narrow it down at all? Not sure. Going to look at the maps, where he worked, and back roads from there.

We don't know it was omitted, just that the reporter didn't mention it. They are going to dole out the highlights while their exclusive lasts.

Any locals that can go get the actual docs now that they are released. I am guessing this is a bit out of muzicman's commute home <smile>

Hey you're right. the article clearly says "a NEW MP3 player". Yet we know Hailey got an ITouch LAST year for Christmas.

Don't get me back on that ITouch......

I can't see HD being in the vehicle with them as BD thought SA was going to work and she did go to work.

He most likely only admited to leaving work after LE found out he wasn't working. He had to come up with an excuse for leaving work so he claims he was fired and went to his moms house.
