I'm no expert WiseOldOwl, My opinion --- the article means those 2 phones were talking to each other.

I can see how you would think so, but the truth is the phones ping anyway, even without any calls. All it means is that the phones were both in the same area at the same time. If BO had hers and SA had his, the pings for BO would have stayed near her work while his pings moved around in Scurry County then back to C-City.

In no way am I defending SA or Billie for the other things but this ... well not only could they that about most of us, but some very nice normal people have some very surprising fantasies to others, including S and M using props from to masks. Nothing wrong with that or sick about it, it is one reason the bedroom is closed lol.

I sort of take that out of the loop, there is more than enough without it to make me angry.

to me it looks like the PINK Att tower would be the one the most likely hit on seems to be the same distance or approximately the same from each employer

(this is my first map) I dont know if I did it right but was trying to get an idea of distance

– Adkins and Billie Dunn made two withdrawals of cash from an ATM machine in Snyder, in Scurry County, at about 6:20 p.m. on Dec. 27 totaling $140. They told investigators the money was for purchasing drugs.

We know she has lied, I just don't know how they thought they were going to explain their stories away..

She may be rationalizing. You know like Clinton not having sex with that woman? She could be seperating prescription drug abuse from illegal drug abuse. It's part of what addiction does to one's brain...lies become "truths". I'm not saying for sure that the drugs mentioned in the article were necessarily for her or not, but IF drugs are the problem, she is probably afraid that if she admitted it on national Tv people won't listen to her and won't keep looking for Hailey.

For me it comes under the "piece of the bigger picture" catagory.
In CDs situation I don't really care about the pot in the house.
He didn't clean the scene before the cops arrived.
Priorities clear.

As an example if Natalie Holloway's parents, either one, were into any flavor of kink I wouldn't care cause their priorities were clear when it came to their daughter.

When you appear to by lying to the police.
Unable to take a polygraph days later due to yet another narcotic.
Moved a man in with your children who threatened your life and your daughters. Remain in contact with him after said daughter goes missing. Oh yeah, and you have real life and fantasy accounts of murder, mayhem, and killing family members in the bedroom it starts to make my radar screen.

If my hubby goes missing and I am an open book my google history should not be of anyone's concern. If I am deceitful, misleading, just increased his insurance policy, oh yeah it appears I have a new boyfriend a week later..... by all means you might want to scrub that history down and dissect for what it is worth.

I would think he would know that was an easy one to disprove. Why would he say that, it means somthing. The cell phone pings at the same time.
I am wondering if she went and picked him up at a set time, did he call her to come get him from work.. or could there be a third person involved .. maybe SA had a ride to the scurry area then BD met him there.. could that be the possible 3rd person that failed the poly?? (if in fact there was somone else who failed the poly)

How does LE know or thing HD was home alone at that time? What if the neighbor got the days confused as to when he did see her.

I tend to think that somthing happened in the early hours of the 27th (2am or so)
It seems to me that the 27th during day hours may have been the cover up date as to what happened.

If they both left work early, where were they all day if Hailey was at home. THEY would of seen her unless they left work and did not go back to home at all.

so DB did lie about her work record that day.. she was not at work all day. Why would she lie about that.. that 6am thing is really odd. I am confused as to why go to work at all. Why not say she was missing when they woke up.. UNLESS they needed that time to get rid of some evidence.

It seems to me that somthig happened maybe the night before in the early a.m. hours OR is it just very, very odd that they both leave work early around the same time.

I was fooled and that is a rare thing. I wanted this case to be different, against the statistics, just amazed.

At least Johnathan Fosters was, so don't give up on some faith. (not that it had a good outcome, what the perp did to him was monstrous but at least it wasn't the SD or mom)

Where do you see that? BO was at work, according to the KTXS article. HER phone went with SA, Billy's work times were all confirmed from early on in the investigation.

I don't think she was on the phone that afternoon, I think the neighbor was confused, as eye witnesses are prone to be.

I think something happened after DD left the house the night before the police were called. BD went to work and SA made an appearance before leaving for clean up.

The timeline with DD and the deer in the headlights incident at 4pm, along with the pings makes the other stories too tight on time for me.

We need a time line done with this new information so this isn't confused all day. I am understanding BD actually went to work all day Monday, the atm was either after she got off or SA did the transactions alone at 6:20.
He would have been in that area to pick her up from work.
Double pinging in the same area in the morning means cell phones were together. Either SA took the cell in morning and BD didn't know that or she gave it to him to return to the house.
The whole story if it is a story is very weak and makes no sense. They definitely could have came up with something more believable.
After leaving for work on Monday morning nothing could guarantee when the son would come home so to leave any kind of damaging evidence around would be crazy.
The cellphone pings are a smoking gun as far as I am concerned.

We know she has lied, I just don't know how they thought they were going to explain their stories away..

Thing is they must have told LE about the drugs, so she can't have been trying to fool them. I guess it was just so the public didn't turn on her but i can't say she said it to make le think she was drug free.

OR..to get the warrant LE did put in something worded ambiguously until it could be checked out and BD told them prescriptions. That is just as possible and until LE tells us, we won't know which it was.

Not sure if this is helpful, but I transcribed the first section below from the video with the reporter speaking, which is slightly different from the text in the print article (starting about 2:17).

Starting about 3:00 in the video, they show a snapshot of the affidavit. I tried my best to transcribe it (some text was a little fuzzy), so review and confirmation would be good.

There is a Verizon tower that is north of Hailey’s house, which may be the one referred to in the affidavit, so I included the info for that tower below. If you go to the link and put in the address, you can generate a report that shows the cell towers.

This may be nothing but it's bothering me. On the FB page the other day there was a discussion about how SA had shown up for work, clocked in, got a soda and just left. This was during the SA got in an arguement and was fired timeframe. Not many people put much faith in the FB statement as it was being reported that SA was fired. We now know the FB statement was the truth.
Around the same time that was posted, someone else was posting on the FB page about hunters in the area. Supposedly SA's family owns a lot of land and allow hunters on this land. Some of these hunters have cameras set up to record wildlife coming and going. After the time that Hailey disappeared, the hunters who hunt on this land and had cameras all reported that someone had stolen the media cards out of their cameras. They had left the cameras, but any images that were taken are now gone. IIRC, no searches have been done on this land as it is private property.
Like I said, it may be nothing...but since the SA job info was the truth you never know.

Bumping since I think this is an important post. They need to get a warrant and do a grid search

That may very well have been her reason..but as many of us have tried to discuss..She was NOT being honest, with the public, or her very good friend that she has allowed to fight for her tooth and nail. We don't know how long it was before she and SA (according to the docs) admitted that they both had gone to the ATM 2x that night to get money to buy drugs.

She also apparently lied when she said they all shared one phone.. she left one at home but then had a phone with her phone and SA had a phone..they left that morning in separate vehicles and their phones were hitting the same cell tower between 6:35-6:56 am that morning. That's at least 3 phones..why lie about the phones and how the morning went, if you have nothing to hide? .

SA also lied when he said he was fired..he wasn't fired.. he went in and walked back out..Employers said that he was a good employee..

and Not Last Or Least..Billie and SA were the hosts of a New Years Eve party while Hailey was who knows where...Isn't that what the parents of all missing children do?...

It's all here in the docs..and don't forget the last few lines..I can't believe that that's where the docs ended.

So BD phone would ping on that tower if it were at home. They are saying that SA was in that area 6;35 to almost 7 oclock.
How long does it take to get to CC from Synder?
