This may be nothing but it's bothering me. On the FB page the other day there was a discussion about how SA had shown up for work, clocked in, got a soda and just left. This was during the SA got in an arguement and was fired timeframe. Not many people put much faith in the FB statement as it was being reported that SA was fired. We now know the FB statement was the truth.
Around the same time that was posted, someone else was posting on the FB page about hunters in the area. Supposedly SA's family owns a lot of land and allow hunters on this land. Some of these hunters have cameras set up to record wildlife coming and going. After the time that Hailey disappeared, the hunters who hunt on this land and had cameras all reported that someone had stolen the media cards out of their cameras. They had left the cameras, but any images that were taken are now gone. IIRC, no searches have been done on this land as it is private property.
Like I said, it may be nothing...but since the SA job info was the truth you never know.

Ooh, good thought! My DH has these on deer feeders and the cameras are really good, as in focus and clarity.

Through the Freedom of Information Act, KTXS has received copies of affidavits that were filed by law enforcement officials for the purpose of securing search warrants to search for and seize evidence related to Hailey’s disappearance.

The affidavits contain facts discovered by law enforcement officials and statements made by Billie Dunn, Adkins and others. In all, a total of six search warrants were issued by Mitchell County Judge Ray Mayo.
The information provided in the affidavits does not assign any guilt or innocence. They are used for investigative purposes only, but in being released to the public for the first time, they do provide explosive details about what law enforcement authorities have found.

I think we need to remember (no pun) all of this 'bombshell' info does come directly from affidavits..Not to be confused with simply spec from this media source with the intent of creating attention & notoriety..IOW! It must be taken seriously cos it's not a matter of attempting to create false sensational material..KWIM?

Thing is they must have told LE about the drugs, so she can't have been trying to fool them. I guess it was just so the public didn't turn on her but i can't say she said it to make le think she was drug free.

OR..to get the warrant LE did put in something worded ambiguously until it could be checked out and BD told them prescriptions. That is just as possible and until LE tells us, we won't know which it was.

Most innocent people do not go to this much trouble to skew the truth when her daughter is MISSING..(as in she says she had NO IDEA where she is) and Billie flat out lied, I don't care what her reason was...not only lied, but partied...I have no defense for that..

You don't go on Nancy Grace and lie if you want help..you don't lie to LE if you want help..and you dang sure don't host a New Years Eve party while your daughter is out in the cold as far as you know, if you want help..MOO..

So BD phone would ping on that tower if it were at home. They are saying that SA was in that area 6;35 to almost 7 oclock.
How long does it take to get to CC from Synder?

25-30 minutes, give or take (depending on which sides of town one's leaving from and going to)

Numerous statements made by both Adkins and Billie Dunn, particularly Adkins, have been inconsistent, some with initial denials, then admissions, then changed statements.

That sounds and seems so odd. During a polygraph examination you are only allowed to give yes and no answers.

Seized in a box in their bedroom were numerous documents, some fictional and some past crimes, that covered such topics such as serial killers, ax murders, sexual sadistic activities, the occult, sex and death topics, motives for murder and mass murderers – including the killing of family members.

The weather was cold outside, but Adkins said he last saw Hailey leaving without the jacket and the personal items.

Add to all that the info about the Cell Phone Towers and BD not being where he says he was and the evidence is incriminating!

I agree - but why not take the cameras too? Why just the media cards? That is so strange. I guess because it would be too hard to carry all of the cameras and the cards are easily portable?

Only guessing here, but these cameras are attached to something pretty sturdy due to the fact they are out in the elements. Could be someone didn't have the tools neccessary to remove cameras with them and the fact it would take a lot more time to remove the cameras. Just faster and easier to remove the cards.

If they believe Hailey was at HOME alone, then I don't think they were disposing of her. What were they doing during that time???

I have been speechless, full of dread and sick to my stomach after learning this new information about BD. Do you think the authorities believe she was home alone dead or alive? The facts so far, as to their location and her location at that time don't make sense, and I wonder why they are sure of this? What do others think happened to Hailey and how do you think her mother is involved? Could Hailey have taken drugs? Did they physically harm her and if so, how and WHY? Just wondering what your theories are

Well this has me thinking....
IIRC BD said to the media to the effect of "HD is mine and Clints, God gave her to us". Maybe in their drug induced, sadistic fantasies they gave HD to someone and that someone hasn't returned her....
There is also the pictures that some WSer had posted about where SA and his friends were posing with thier masks and there was a cellar in the picture. I hope LE has searched that cellar.

I thought that was such a strange statement too when she said it, but chalked it up to her being in shock. She did have tears in the first interviews I saw, and I could tell she had been crying. I think it is strange that they would tell the authorities in the interrogation that they bought illegal drugs at that time. I have suspected that someone else is involved besides the two of them, and wonder if the above statement was made, like you say, directly to someone. Could it be that they know what happened and who took her, but it isn't them that actually harmed her, but if they tell it will implicate them in some other crime/crimes? This is all so horrible

Wait, hold up - what was SA doing? what was in his hands? what did he say? what did DD do then?

I'm pretty sure SA was cleaning up. But cleaning up what? It seems DD's statement is very very important to this case and that he was quite truthful and credible. With that, I really want to read his affidavit - and especially to hear what happened after DD came throug that window and caught SA "in the headlights".

Oh, another inconsistency - we were under the impression that DD got back home that day (Monday 12/27) at 5PM. The article says he got home at 4. Why is THAT hour (between 4 and 5) so significant?

Keep in mind too that when the pics were taken of Hailey's room there were no sheets on her bed. Could be several explanations for that, LE took them, they were never put on or SA was cleaning, just something to keep in mind I think and of course JMOO.

Just about to head out to work on my birthday here but want to make a quick note. In all of these "Missing Child" Investigations that the people involved aren't forthcoming, it always seems odd to me. Outside the cellphone tower, everything else is circumstantial. Im saying my prayers today that "All" of our lost people are found with Christ's grace.... Amen

Yes, how those kind people must be feeling right now. What a tragedy for Clint and DD. I hope we hear from our verified locals about what is going on in the community now. Cz must be sick. I hope she can shed some light on all of this for us.
