Maybe SA got home earlier than he said, like around 11ish, making Hailey have to go outside to talk, then he asked her to go get drugs with him, and she went with him to the hotel, where something may have gone wrong, so he hid her, went back home to clean up, hence the 3:15 time, and got caught by the brother who was expected home at 5 but showed up at 4?

COLORADO CITY, Texas -- KTXS News has obtained documents that show startling facts into the investigation of missing 13-year-old Hailey Dunn that point to Hailey's mother Billie Jean Dunn and her former live-in boyfriend Shawn Adkins as being primary suspects.

Does LE actually STATE that they're BOTH suspects? Or is the journalist deducting that and reporting it as fact? LE was stating all of this, laying out their case to get search warrants -- for a home and car the Billie owned, for Billie's cell phone records -- all of which others had access to. Again, not saying she's not involved, but I don't think we can say that LE definitely considers her a suspect.

I'm trying to figure out a timeline here.
SA walks out of job at 6:10 am Dec. 27.
SA’ cell phone was in contact with cell towers in Scurry County from 6:35 a.m. until 6:56 a.m.,
BD is reported to have left for work at 6:20 - her cell phone in contact with the same tower in the same "time period" as SA's
DD arrives home sees SA (deer in the headlight look, door locked) at 4pm Dec. 27.
He sees no Hailey.
SA & BD go to ATM and Scurry for drugs at 6:20pm Dec 27.

I am getting the feeling that BD and SA were TOGETHER all of Monday morning. I know it's reported that she "left for work" at 6:20 and that a witness (?) confirmed that ..... but I am not sure that confirmation is correct. We know they had ONE car. For their phones to be pinging together at the same time off the same tower ... either they were together or someone had both phones.

I suppose it's possible that SA TOOK the phone (so BD couldn't call for help if she discovered something amiss?) but I still think they were together that morning.

I'm not a vision kind of person but I keep getting one and have been since BEFORE the docs were released last night.... do we have a dreams and visions thread for HD ?

The reading material in the box, according to the affidavit, contained material that Billie Dunn told authorities she had printed from a computer at her job which she brought home.

The material included 23 pages of material printed on Sept. 1 that was related to the Edmund Kemper, the so-called "Co-ed Killer." Another 20 pages printed on the same date was related to female mass murders, major cases and murder motives.

Another 18 pages was related to George Emil Banks, who killed five of his own children and went on a broader killing spree.

Another 13 pages were printed on Sept. 25 about Robert Leroy Anderson, a serial killer and sexual sadist. Another 37 pages were printed related to Robert Pickton, a Canadian pig farmer, about mass murder and as many as 23 missing Vancouver women.

Fifteen pages printed on Sept. 29 was material related to Alton Coleman and Debra Brown, a pair of killers in which Brown was painted as “a good girl gone bad” and incorporating sex and death.

In total, the box contained 278 pages of material that investigators thumbed through as part of the investigation of the missing 13-year-old Hailey Dunn, a Colorado Middle School eighth-grader missing since Dec. 27.

IS all this new information not enough for the LE to have both of them in custody at this time??
IMOO- if BD can not stay SOBER long enough to talk a LDT to prove her innocence or help find her missing daughter she has a drug problem.

I'd say that BD was at work all day that day but obviously left early or was off shift at 6pm for whatever reason.

What they have is SA heading back to CC after leaving work at 6:10am. I wonder if he explained it away as taking that route to Big Spring instead of the more direct route from his place of business? :waitasec:

I did check vine and didnt find either listed so no..are not in custody that I know of. Someone said it was verified early on billie was at work all day on the 27th

DO you all think in the pictures of her room...that her room was always messy?
something is just really of with it to me...thanks to SARX for making me look again...I know my 12 yr old might have something growing under her bed and she did go through the bed on the floor stage over the summer but theres a chair sitting in the middle of the floor and things just look really off.

From the save points on the game it could tell how long she had played it,approximately,so it seems like he was giving them more of a timeframe where she was alright playing the game.JMO They took the xbox,I'm assuming the games or maybe the game was even left in the system.

betcha they are using that xbox for the timeline for exactly this reason...
