Sparky appears (just IMO) to be a bit "boxed in" in terms what he would *might* wish to say to the press and what he is "allowed" to say, officially.........you can really see the strain in his face..........he doesn't want to be deceptive.....and he's not.....but he's clearly "biting his tongue", so to speak about those "multiple persons of interest".
