Does that mean there could be a presser today?

In my Profession we have drug testing when we renew our License.

A witness is anyone LE interviews or questions, until they become a POI, or suspect. They can interview a neighbor, a teacher, a friend or relative which makes that person a witness. According to LE, a witness does not have to mean an EYE witness, it is just someone who might have information. The word has a different meaning in the legal sense than it does to us as civilians.
Hope that helps.

EXACTLY! She isn't a lawyer, judge or in law enforcement. Her using "witness" is hinky to me too.

I am not a professional poster, but I am an LPN in GA. Our licenses are good for two years and renew on odd years. I am already looking for my renwal to come in the mail. As are all the LPN's O know. Don't see how she could just forget!
AMEN! (((I have a GA license too! Graduated from MCG!)))

not to mention....

being tight on money...

being a single mom.....

how could you let your license just expire and keep practicing... get served by the board and not show...

to then just be a unit clerk which is a huge pay cut?

seems that if she did not have the money to renew... she could have borrowed the 60 dollars... or around that... from someone to renew.

SBM... thank you so much Kamille for the info. I did not know this. I think I am way behind. I better start reading lol. Bailey's and coffee anyone? :)

I'm all caught up and it's only 8 a.m. PST. After watching just one of the SA videos posted in the parking lot, a Baileys and coffee (or something stronger) is in order! And I don't even have a toothache. :innocent:

i dont make atm withdrawls BUT check my balance all the time at atm's so i dont believe the story about making a withdrawl to check the balance... i also am having a difficulty digesting bd's NON-response when flat out asked about the purchase of illegal narcotics that she ADMITTED to in the affidavit... she didnt even acknowledge that precise question 2 times on ng lastnight that in my opinion is "selective hearing & answering" ...

Ya know...I always have a problem when absolutely nothing is their fault and they never admit they did anything at all wrong. EVERYONE else is a liar.

If we are to believe her, we have to believe everyone else is lying.

the NSF check written for licence
drug pruchase & reason for $$$ withdrawl
Hailey was scared of AS
the polygraph results
Haileys ipod ( mp3 player)
her "hobby" and motive for hobby...wants to read about people unlike THEM

The hobby part is driving me crazy :banghead: because I own true crime books and I'm here at websleuths all the time reading true crime. That doesn't mean she killed her daughter. There's nothing I have seen in any of the affidavits that make me think Billie is 100% involved. The "you should look into both of us' comment came from Shawn. Not a reliable source in my opinion. I think she's lied too about things involving her own character and that is why she failed the LDT. She's far from mother of the year but I haven't seen enough evidence indicating she's involved. Maybe that will change but at this point nothing is sticking in my opinion.

Guys I know that it looks like Hailey's mom might be guilty of something but I just don't think she is. I really feel that if LE thought she was connected in anyway that they'd name her POI just like Adkins was named one. I just don't know... :innocent:

The two withdrawals were made one minute apart. BD says that's because she wasn't sure how much money was there so she made one withdrawal, saw she had more and made the second.

I'm curious about how two people, with full time jobs apparently, can be this broke considering that they didn't appear to be living extravagantly. No internet, no home phone, no computer etc. And BD explained this as being one account, not some from hers or some from his. I wonder if they had a joint account? Or she just lied about that too on NG.

Now SA seemed to be living rather well, a blackberry and a laptop and expensive masks, drugs just to name a few things.

Was she carrying the load here and his money was "his" because it wasn't his house or his children?

And if they really spent that money on gas and groceries, and that's what they told LE, they would have had to give them the names of places they went to buy these things and LE could have checked that story out with video surveillance. So IMO she had no choice but to fess up to the drug buy.

MOO

I agree with everything you said, with the exception is was right after Christmas and lots of people go broke because of it. My neighbor for instance almost had a stoke when he opened his wifes credit card bill at the mailbox. lol

Do you know what they call a medical student who graduates at the bottom of his/her class?

Doctor. :floorlaugh:

Good one!

I believe the hesitation in speaking is due to the delay in coming over the earpiece. You can see that sometimes she is still talking but doesn't realize for a few seconds that Nancy is speaking, then she stops. Depending on the satellite hookup, I've seen some people hesitate for as much as 5 seconds before they answer. If she were in a t.v. studio, for instance, there would probably not be a noticable delay.

In Florida, you have to have a 75 or above to pass...which is a C. Don't know if that is the case in TX. You also have to demonstrate that you can perform specific skills correctly.

I am a nursing student (RN though not LPN/LVN) and our second semester just started. The first semester LPN is the same as an RN. We lost almost half our class...we had about 50 the first semester and had about 25 that failed out....some by a point or two. These were people that had pretty good GPA's. Nursing school is tough regardless of the program (RN or LPN) so the fact that she made it through speaks volumes to me. JMO and all that stuff.
That happened when I was in nursing school. We had a few that didn't make it through, but what stands out to me still is that we had a couple that actually did not have passing grades from what we were told, were going to get the boot, yet allowed to go ahead with the classes and sit for the boards.
The same thing happened to my daughters friend a couple of years ago. She flunked the exam that she needed to continue on with the program, yet when she pleaded with them, was allowed to take it again and said she barely passed. She's an RN now.
If that had happened to me I don't know that I would have been able to plead for another try. I think I'd be a heaping mess of tears. I was the one that always wanted A's. I got them, but not all the time!
That is why I was curious about BD grades.
