(grrrrrrrrrr) ... raging. Gets to work, gets his (usual) Dr. Pepper and then *boom*, he has to go "take care of it".

I have read every thread here about this case, signed up and read his posts on the MM forum, and watched all of those videos (to the detriment of putting off school work....yikes!). Under circumstances not surrounding this case, then I would see a bunch young guys trying to get attention with shock value. I actually laughed at how ridiculous some of those videos were.

Throw in the specifics of this case, then yes, it raises red flags with SA, along with a few other things. However, I still don't see it as alarming as a lot of posters here do. I know no one will agree with me, that's just my :twocents: on it.

I don't find the videos or the masks overly concerning. I agree with you that it seems like a bunch of young guys goofing off for attention.

It's been stated on a previous thread that she rode with a friend and that was her usual way to get to work.

I am just wondering what, other than the report (LE said and BD denies) that they went to an APM and withdrew 140.00 to buy drugs do we know they use drugs. What else has been reported about drug use? That is the only reference to drug use I have seen, but I know I could have missed it since I have not read every thread. tia

The only confirmation that I have seen//read is the video of SA partaking in smoking something. As far as BD I have seen/read nothing that confirms the alleged illegal drug use. JMO

That still befuddles me..:waitasec:..if he's thirsty, why not go to the store?..if he was trying to create an alibi, why not go in and pretend to get sick or something? ..but what in the world does going in, grabbing a soda and turning around walking back out in front of people, but speaking to no one do for SA?..what was he trying to accomplish? Was his original intention to go into work as an alibi..and then he was too freaked to stay? IDK..but that is troubling to me no matter how I look at it!

Perhaps he was planning on staying at work but for some reason decided not to. Maybe there had been fighting at home... and he was trying to push but once he got there said "AH, screw it, I can't do it " and walked out. Maybe he had more pressing matters to attend to ? Who knows .... but SOMETHING made him behave that way. It's just WHAT that we don't know. I really wish we had some background on him. IE; how long had he worked there? what was his attendance record? has he held a lot of other odd jobs? I really wish we knew if this was a pattern for him or completely out of the norm.

Was the woman who H stayed with last year for a few weeks the same one who said that the family had a big blow-up around Christmas? If so, she was telling the truth about H staying with her, so maybe this happened too, even though Billie's friend denied it.

While I think SA certainly seems guilty, I don't think this was a group thing, with friends involved. But then I never do, so maybe I am wrong, I don't think Terri Horman, if she is guilty, had help either...

Not always. I've been around at the death of several people as well as animals and none expelled body fluids.

You are correct about the sheets though. Specialists could tell a lot from those sheets if anything out of the norm for a young girl was showing up on them.

I worked in nursing homes and in home health for total about 30 years, saw quite a few people die. Not all of them released body fluids upon death. I watched my own mother die, and she did not expel anything.
I have to agree with the lawyer on NG the other night. LE took those sheets to see if there was any male DNA on them.

You are right brownies, thanks! MB's mom said that there was a blow-up around Christmas time about Hailey wanting to move out (in the same article DB said she was staying with Clint for about a month last year because she didn't like SA). I think CKay may have a point; if SA really did propose when Hailey was already trying to distance herself from him, it could lead to a blow up. Interesting speculation.

(When I read the "fiancee" reference on MM site, I thought SA was probably trying to further legitimize his closeness to Hailey to garner more sympathy, but maybe he really did propose)

Well, we do have the admission that they purchased "illegal narcotics" for their own use in the affadavidt.
And we also know that at least (right now) she's taking narcotics and a strong anti anxiety med.

Yes, I know what you mean! I think a 12 year old moving away from home during the school year is indicative of an abnormal level of tension. I also see your point that if SA did in fact propose, it could cause an extreme reaction in an already tense situation. Hailey didn't like him and now he was going to become her stepfather (if we believe SA) - it could be a trigger for confrontations...

No one ever asked Billie was she really engaged to SA? I try to look at the raw video to see if there was ring...

I wonder if he could have gone to work planning to make a drug buy from someone there - but either the "dealer" wasn't there, or he didn't have what SA wanted. If he was hard up for a "fix" - depending on his drug of choice, it might have made him upset/short tempered, and if he went back home and got into an argument with Hailey....

I totally agree. When I posted last night I said all this but I want to reiterate to see if anyone agrees/disagrees.

$140 (the ATM withdrawals) is the equivalent of about 4 Oxys (which can last up to 18 hrs per pill depending on if you're 'shooting or tootin'...injecting or insufflating) and the equivalent of approx. 20-40 benzos (varying greatly based upon mg and which particular type). If its a straight Vicodin or Norco drug deal, I'd guesstimate about 25 pills.
What if his goal was to obtain drugs from the vicinity of his work that morning? Not even necessarily a coworker, but that would make the most sense...but he may have went into work waitig on a call from a dealer, gotten that call, left (or gotten the pills from a coworker, grabbed pop, and left)....
then why oh why would he need to get MORE pills that evening (ATM withdrawal)? To me it suggests he was either in severe withdrawal after leaving work - went to work only to get pills but was unable to get them, maybe dealer was 'dry' (out of drugs) then went home, snapped on Hailey while he was in this withdrawal state and then, called Billie to get home early from work after hearing from the dealer 'oh come over now i got stock'....which would explain why she left work early.

Dealers of narcotic pain pills are notoriously out of stock, at least here where I live...drives a lot of people to heroin (opiate, just like a Oxy will kill withdrawal symptoms).
