I'm trying to do the same. IMHO, if you step back and look at the affidavit as a whole, what really jumps out first? SA and his lies/inconsistencies/whereabouts.

IMO his point in saying that is NOT to focus so much on Billie..Cause by that time i think most people were ready to burn her at the stake...and he was like whoa maje sure u looks at the entire thing and when u do IMO it all points to HIM

But DD apparently had no key so why would SA have been concerned about meeting him there? In any case it would have soon come out that he wasn't at work, and he would have known that, so it doesn't make sense to wait till his normal time to come home and then pretend that nothing happened.

The deer-in-the headlights thing could be explained by the fact that DD was pounding on the door and then broke into the house. SA would have been expecting to encounter a burglar when they met, if that is what actually happened. Why did DD do that anyway? SA's vehicle must have been there so breaking in was an odd thing to do. Or was he parked somewhere else? And wouldn't DD have mentioned this to BD at the time when she got home from work since it was unusual? And why would she not have found the sudden unexpected absence of her daughter on the same day odd given what else happened?

I haven't heard if he had a key or not,maybe the doors had inside bolts.It was said there had been arguing before Christmas and as far as he knew his sister was there,possibly.So maybe he was angry he wasn't being let in,or he was afraid something had happened.

What door to they use? Front or Back?
Are both lock or unlocked normally.. since DD couldnt get in...
Because if they are usually unlocked then did SA go thru the home locking both doors before DD got home...

Early on CD said something about them parking around back...that leads me to belive they come through the back door or side door

Hmmm... I don't know about a phone version, and I read on my phone quite a bit. Have you tried going to the top right, just above where the posts start, and clicking on 'Thread Tools'? There's an option for 'print version' or something like that. It's easier for continuous scrolling.

I honestly don't know what to make of BD..She claims she doesn't care what ppl think of her yet she's constantly trying to defend herself..She did it again tonight with the "comedy movies" vs the horror flicks..She may be getting a bad rap (deserved imho) but what's that compared to her child missing & possibly dead? Unless she fears her image=she's responsible for putting her child in harms way or worse that she's a possible accomplice I don't get her extreme concern. :waitasec:

Because I think there's other things we haven't heard yet.I think she's being careful in the media talking about SA,could be a number of reasons for it.It's like,"I go down and you're going down with me",possible scenario.JMO On his part,not hers.

well if it comes down to him alone and not BD , then may god give her peace ! she will be in her own kind of HAIL ! IMO
That makes my stomach churn just thinking about being in that position, if your BF that you are totally in love with is responsible for a horrendous act to your child ! Don't know if I could live with that ! JMO

The longer she stays on his good side she can keep lines of connubication open with him..which can be quite a straegy..in hoping eventually he will slip up or feel bad and admit to something...this could also be why she seems to be more worried about SA than HD to some

1) We don't know if DD had a key or not. There may have been a deadbolt on the inside or they may have left it unlocked. I do agree that SA may have been surprised to meet DD in the hallway if he had locked up EXCEPT that DD knocked (banged?) on the door for 5 minutes first. It's not a big enough house for SA not to have heard him.

2) As far as it coming out that he wasn't at work that day, I actually don't think he thought that far. I think most people who commit crimes like this often don't think it's going to get national attention, be on NG, etc. Most cases actually don't. So, no, I don't think he actually gave it that much thought.

3) Regarding DD not telling BD about seeing SA in the hallway: Given the info we found have found out about SA, I'm thinking DD kept a wide berth if he had any inkling about his 'hobbies'. He has admitted himself that he doesn't know SA very well. He probably thought to himself, "WTH has he been up to now?" and went about his way. At that time, there was no need for alarm since he didn't know Hailey was missing yet.

I just finished watching NG on my TIVO. I repeated the couch scene over and over. It's MHO that this is a woman. I focused on the hands - petite. Look at the size of the wrists, and how the hands are in motion. Could this be BD? I do not believe they are mens hands.

Another thought - BD surely skirted around the issue of the masks. We know he had a new mask delivered 12/28. There were masks in the house. Can't she just come out and say "yah, we're freakazoids" and engaged in "mask play" or whatever they want to call it. The miss innocent act just isn't flying with me. She's known this man for years, and all of a sudden this is a suprise to her? Puhleeezzeeee.

Being married for 14 years, I know my husband likes to play Warhammer every opportunity he can get. He likes action packed movies, while I tend to like "Fried Green Tomatoes", or "Driving Ms. Daisy". We know each others likes and dislikes.

She either had her head buried in quicksand, chose not to see what was going on, OR, was a willing participant in this so called hobby.

We think alike, not going down alone ! He is not that big of a man ! But I do wish billie would cowboy up and voluntarily take another Poly, skip the meds for a couple days and take it and get it over with ! If your innocent BD ,prove yourself so !! IMO

I know lots of men hide their fixations from their wives, but Billie admitted she met SA on myspace, so it is really hard to believe that she did not know about his videos, etc...I'd be surprised if she didn't google him and run across stuff just like we did, when they first got together, lots of women do that nowadays.

Does he work with any kind of tools that would help him to dispose of a body? I wonder if when he left, if he called BD to let her know that part of the plan didn't work so she really did know that day that he was no longer working there???

I'm sure he does work with tools or stuff that would help him dispose a body, whether it's just a heavy duty shovel or maybe a bag of lime or even a sawzall, which will cut through anything. I know that quite a few times over the years I've gone into work early on my day off to borrow a piece of equipment I needed to work on the house, car or in the yard (but not to do anything nefarious of course). As for that fitting into some alibi plan and why he told Billie and/or LE he did get fired, that still is very unclear to me.

I would love to know what happened right after DD came in the window and saw SA... were there any words exchanged ..The email I recieved back from Ktxs said it stops there no other info pertainting to that incident is noted. They left that out for a reason I am sure.. I am watching NG right now missed it earlier Billie looks so tired and distraught and the look on her face when talking about the mask and the videos you can tell she is just sick thinking about it. and CD looks exhausted. I so admire him!

I agree, if she met him on MS and you know he had his pictures on there, she knew what his interest were ! And maybe that attracted her to him, some women are drawn to danger ! IMO Sort of the Bad Boy syndrome !
