Obviously she had a lot of time on her hands at work to play around on the computer. I would bet after all this is said and done, she no longer has a job there. She practiced nursing without a license, they gave her another chance and she spends tons of time playing on the net, printing hundreds of pages of filth, etc. Corp Amercia frowns upon this.

I thought the same thing (granddaughter (J) may have spoken to her) but I was told by some posters that J is not who 'we' think she is but someone who works for Nancy Grace & she spoke to the hairdresser..The way it was told by NG was very confusing but what isn't re: this case?

I want to know why the neighbor that claims to have seen Hailey on the phone "Dennis or Charles" whatever his name may be has up and moved ? I'd be on that guy like flies on you know what ...............

Well we are only hearing BD's version. I don't think CD knows anything except what BD has stated about the neighbor. You know darn well LE has looked into this and knows the identity of this person if in fact he exist. At this point I take everything BD says with a grain of salt.

I watched Nancy grace last nite...

some thing stuck out to be me big time, so I found 2 sets of transcripts from the ng show with interviews with bd...

my hinky meter hit the big time red flag..

when nancy g was asking bd about the supposed neighbor? and I say supposed as le has not been able to verify anything with this supposed neighbor as far as i know eh?

bd said the owner of the house was travis and that a guy named charles rented the house and had moved..

Yes, that made my ears perk up too. This is just a guess but last week she said Charles and last night she said Dennis. After the show last week maybe someone clarified the correct name of the renter/visitor, Dennis. Just a guess..

Wow, takes all morning to catch back up!
I have a suggestion for CZ and BD that may help, if it's not already been done. I think BD needs to sit down with a trusted friend like CZ and write out for herself her own reference timeline. I think gentle prodding from CZ would help Billie focus, whereas being questioned by LE or harangued by NG only scatters her thoughts and makes her come across as less than honest.
Some of you may remember my earlier post on introversion (a few threads ago), I have to say one of the most unproductive things to do in conversation with an introvert is to start asking followup questions before they have finished processing and answering the first question-- you will get a jumbled mess out of them every time (I yell at my husband for this all the time- he will ask me 3 distinct questions in a single breath and my brain has short-circuited by the time he stops talking).
Anyway.... if CZ can sit down with BD and patiently help her reconstruct events, most importantly separating out for herself what she is SURE of and why, and what she is not sure of and why, without rushing her or making her feel accused, it may help solidify a lot of things in her mind.
I think BD may know more than she thinks she does, but hasn't been questioned about it in the right way.

PS- I am far from an expert in the clinical sense, but have done extensive personal research on introversion, and introversion + ADD as a means of understanding my own personality type etc-- if anyone wants to have an OT discussion on that feel free to PM me....

I agree, a few threads ago someone mentioned that they thought she might have adult ADHD and I think they could be right. I have ADHD inattentive type and I honestly think that if I were on tv being interviewed I would probably get that "deer in headlights" look a lot myself. With people in my house video taping me, possibly people doing things in the background and me trying to hear someone interviewing me through an ear piece that's just too much stimulation and that's not even including the fact that her child is missing! Imagine a hyperactive dog in a field with a hundred people throwing tennis balls at different times, that's what my brain looks like. Any movement or sound and my brain is zipping here and there trying to catch everything. Seriously, try to have a conversation with me in a crowded room or better yet a casino. I promise you would probably think I'm "a little slow". It's extremely difficult to organize thoughts and sometimes it all comes out at once and makes no sense.

I don't think Billie had a thing to do with this and I don't think she has derailed the investigation by trying to protect her boyfriend.

I think what we are seeing is someone coming to grips with bringing a creep into her house and exposing her daughter to him.

however, I am on the fence pertaining to her..

my gut feeling says sa has something to do with this..

Im just trying to follow along as I want Hailey found..

ETA: why are the pink streaks in her hair not mentioned in the last seen description I wonder??? did they wash out or were they extentions? And why would SA hold on to these very last pictures of Hailey until now and post them on MS???

After looking at these pictures with her hair down, it would be really hard to see if she had earrings on. I wonder if her hair was in a ponytail the day she went missing (if SA's description is actually correct, that is)?

It comes from the 'pinging' of SA's phone which was included in a warrant put out by the media last week..LE said either 1x a week PAs from now on or none at all unless they have something to report..Sorry I can't recall which it is.

Re: SA… He claims to have an attorney. At this point I don’t recall ever seeing anything about an attorney stepping in and speaking on his behalf. I don’t recall the media stating that they have tried to identify his attorney. Does he actually have an attorney, yes or no? Come on media, give us a name.

Re: BD… She obviously does not want to take another polygraph. Interesting, very interesting.

I recall in a past interview with NG, BD stated something to the fact that on the 26th, they all stayed home that day, then she said that HD may have gone out but she wasn’t sure. Which is it? Now we have video of HD at the Dollar Store that day so obviously she did go out. I assure you most parents know when their children come and go, especially if they (the parents) are home all day.

This new alleged text message. This is coming from the mouth of BD and fact is, she has and continues to provide inconsistent statements. For all I know it’s merely another attempt to throw off the public. She continues to down talk LE, stating they are not telling her everything. Obviously there is a reason for this. LE tends to keep details of an investigation mum so that the people involved in a possible crime aren’t tipped off. I feel the 2pm text message is bogus and just another lie.

BD claims she did not know of the videos, etc. I highly doubt that. She was introduced into the lifestyle by SA to the point where she spent hours upon hours at work looking up and printing information. I would bet there are other videos that were confiscated that we haven’t seen that may link her participation.

SA and BD obviously are still communicating with one another, perhaps not directly but through messages posted on social sites, etc. BD has more than once professed her love for SA with much greater emotion than she shows while speaking of her own daughter.

People, especially BD are real quick to put down LE and depict them as incompetent. Such arrogance is what LE wants as in time, a slip of the tongue will occur.

Patience Danielson, patience… LE knows what they are doing.

The Day after Christmas and Hailey's Dad lives across the street I can see where Hailey would /could have been in and out.

The text message, LE could have told BD be careful what you release to the media. OTOH 13 year olds text like crazy and I find it odd that there was only 1 text to her friend and it was simply "what R u doing", JMO but if this was a text sent by a 13 year old there would have been a follow up message.....I think someone else sent that text.

The videos and pictures of the masks creep me out and I find it hard to believe BD did not know about these. It is okay for her to have known about them, maybe participate but not to lie about them.

I don't think BD has ever declared LE incompetant. She has stated what LE has told her, what LE has done or not done, people are left to surmise LE's competancy themselves.

Well, I've been doing a lot of thinking about this case.

I'm not familiar with the Colorado City/Snyder/Big Springs area, but the area I live is similar, as in rural, tiny towns connecting to a small town, so I've used my area to try to come up with ideas.

Again, don't know how it is there, but from my tiny town (A) to the small town (B) about 15 miles away, there is the direct route, which is the highway. I can also come up with 4 completely different dirt road routes from A to B. Then at least 2 more that share a road or two with the previously mentioned 4.

I haven't driven these and really LOOKED, but I can mentally picture some of these routes, and there are some abandoned falling down homes, barns and sheds, I know there are at least a couple of storm shelters that can be seen from the road, and who knows how many that can't. There's a lot of deer hunting here, and lots of deer blinds and shelters, and I'm not sure, but I think deer season is pretty much over by the end of Jan., maybe a little into Feb. (Sorry, I should know this, but I'm drawing a blank.) These are the 'alive' places that come to my mind.

There are also stock tanks and ponds and creeks and gullies and ravines around here, patches of dense trees in the middle of pastures, and in my case we are really close to a river and a lake. The lake is pretty new, and has massive overgrowth all over the place.

I've lived here a long time, but didn't grow up here as a child. Some of my friends from here have taken me out to the boonies and shown me stuff I would never have guessed was there, for example, a creepy cemetery out in the middle of nowhere. What the teens have done here for years, and still do today, is go out backroading for entertainment (there's not much else to do...) so someone growing up here is going to know so much more than I do about the area.

So, I look at all this, and I think, if we were looking here, and we had from point A to point B as a guideline to look, which in my case is only 15 miles, OMG, I just don't know how many people and how many months it would take to really search and feel assured no rock was left unturned. This is so discouraging to think about, but it also drives a MAJOR point home for me.

If Hailey were here, abducted and still alive, IMO she would not survive the time it would take to find her based on not much more than some cell phone pings. If there is any chance to find Hailey, the stark truth is this is going to have to be narrowed down. As hard as I have tried to get into Billie's head and see things her way, I just can't understand some of the things she has done. I don't necessarily think she has any direct involvement, but I'm also unable to see Hailey being her number 1 priority, either. The way she words some of the things she says, it seems like she is more concerned with Shawn's feelings. I don't understand the thinking 'long and hard' about taking another LDT. LE would not be able to get rid of me, wire me up, talk to me, whatever, throw me in jail if it makes you happy, just have an officer outside my cell to run with whatever I can think up and find my daughter.

Yes, I do KWYM. I have splinters I am up and down off my fence so much! (My fence has pickets too, it's not a comfortable fence)

I'm guessing the same thing cos IIRC she said she didn't really know these neighbors so that would explain her getting the names screwed up last week.

They did interview a neighbor about this sighting at noon. All the while he had his back to the camera. And that is what is strange. This information about the sighting hasn't been verified though.

Which leads me to think a few things:

1) He was wrong on the day because they do not have record of a phone call on BD's phone at that time.

or

2) Perhaps he lied about the sighting to cover SA.

I agree! I agree! Hailey if and I mean if we can get confirm timeline...

Hailey was home alone most of day....I know some going come back and say all about the pings. but....................

I really like to know about the doors at the house. Backdoor, side door and front door. were they locked.

and on a side note if someone said that the backdoor always lock I going to scream:banghead:


Also did DD check all the doors before he climb in the window?

I really trying to not get tunnel vision on SA.

Is it possible to get a screen shot of the hands of the masked one popping up from behind the couch? That would be great cos I honestly don't think we'll see they're the same..It shouldn't be too hard to compare with fingers like that!

well we know for a fact that a neighbor was on a video that per his statement" he seen Hailey" on phone in the back yard by the shed around 12.

In fact she was always on the phone in backyard on the phone. (per missing neighbor).

It been stated by BD more than once that neighbor is no longer living in the area. I think LE has checked him out and he might be one of the POI. JMO
I also feel when asked about the neighbor that both Clint and BD skating around on the question. Maybe because LE don't want all the info out.

Also Clint also confirm there was Neighbor he just didn't know him.
