I wonder where Mark K. is now-he was just on, speaking about the little boy who was taken from his grandmother, but could not tell where he is speaking from.

And now, Jean C. is asking how preserved the little boy's body would be...why is this necessary? Ever?

I agree ! I don't understand why that need to be discuss in any of the cases ...when the person has not even been found ? shock value I guess

OK...now I am confused again...

If DD was at home...when B called him...to call H to come home....and he called B back...and said H had not been there......and B goes home FIRST..to see if H is there......wait!!!!......isn't DD there at the house???...he JUST called her to tell her H wasn't at MB....Why would B come home...FIRST...to see if H was there...if DD WAS THERE...

But...maybe DD left right after that...to look elsewhere for her...

I believe we have a LOT of missing facts......and lapses of memories...

She went home to see if H was there, because she DID NOT HAVE HER CELL. It was, as stated ad nauseum, at home for the kids to use. So if H had arrived while B was in the car headed home, D could not have called her. So she went home to check.

Just wondering how you knew DD was spending the night at the home with SA & BD on Monday night?

To this day I have never heard that...Do you have a link that makes that a fact?

I am not trying to argue...I and just trying to fit DD into the timeline!

DD's actions on Monday night have always been a mystery to me.

IIRC all that we know for a fact is that Billie called him (at home?????) and asked him to text/call MB's house at lunch time on Tuesday to tell Hailey to come home!

Sorry. My comment was directed toward the person who said Klonopin, and the one who said Xanax. I was just stating that it was Ativan and it was prescribed.

Actually of the bottles that were shown on the video the only one you could get a clear picture of was the Amoxicillin. The others were turned so that you couldn't really see their labels.

The grieving process isn't limited to a known death in the family. People suffer grief...and all the steps...over many things...a house burning down, the loss of a job, even getting clean and sober. So yes, I imagine a person who has a child who has been missing for a month would be grieving like crazy.

BUT the anger is usually aimed at the person, person or things that initiated the grieving process in the first place...NOT the people trying to help you. That doesn't mean someone doesn't lash out at those around them, but we don't see that initial anger aimed at the instigator in this case at all. She is not displaying anger toward the person or persons who caused/aided or abetted in the disappearance of her child.

And there's no hysteria which i find stranger than anything else i have heard or seen here.

So hard to keep who's taking what drug when and why straight. Especially with all the alternate stories.

In the affidavits, police said they had obtained information that Dunn and Adkins hosted a New Year's party just days after Hailey was reported missing. Adkins told investigators the couple just had a few friends over for drinks.

I think both BD and SA are telling the truth, their OWN truths, about New Yrs Eve.
Billie says her family came over for emotional support and so food was put out on the table and they all watched the news and worried about Hailey. I bet that is true.
Shawn says they had a 'few friends over' for drinks. I bet he had some of his buddies over at the same time and those guys probably drank and had a small party. I am pretty sure his new mask arrived sometime about then too as it was shipped out on the 28th.

So both things are 'true' simultaneously perhaps.

I stand corrected. BD's birth month is May. Hailey's birth month is August. I knew somebody's b-day was in August. It still fits with what I was saying above. Every August - it was all about Hailey - it was her b-day. Maybe a little jealousy from SA that Hailey was getting all the attention?

...that is if she DID get attention. Seems to me like a little girl who didn't get much attention from mom at all. Otherwise, IMO, mom would have kinda paid a bit more attention to where she was those days after Christmas, and would have noticed the fact that her daughter was uncomfortable with SA. I don't think either of those kids seemed to get much attention at all.

Sad, sad, sad....that's all I can keep saying about this.

Probably IMO He knew about her dislike of SA but didnt realize the extent and brushed it off as egg typical hormonal teenage girl...If fact I think everyone brushed it off til now and everyones going...OH YEAH remember blah too little too late..

Or...he knew and that is why he moved closer, but as the non custodial dad, he couldn't get very far. There are lots of noncustodial parents who know things are going on, but who seem to get thwarted every step of the way when they try to intervene. Especially, if the NCP doesn't have the finanical resources to get an attorney involved...then custodial parent calls the shots. BTDT with my step kids. Had my ex not had the financial means to get an atty involved, he would have never seen his kids...court order or no court order.

Remember, DD was home Monday night as far as we know. He was gone Sunday night. I wonder how much DD observed - behaviors, etc.?

Do we really know that, though? It seems to me that these kids spent as much time as possible out of the house...probably just to be away from mom and SA.

Here is both posts (neither of which of course is yours) As I said..the post below sounded to me as if MYLH had info pointing towards a history of mistreatment by LE towards Billie. It didn't occur to me that some may feel one incident in which a comment was made from one department to the other where it is highly unlikely Billie ever heard the comment in the 1st place..would consider that 'a history'...each to their own tho!

I have been dying to know if this info has been found by any of you sleuthers...

How exactly is it that Billie could possibly explain that LE have her cell phone{supposedly locked up as evidence and won't return it to her}..thus we have her stating to "Hailey" on TV that "momma don't got her phone"...and that if she's able to get a call out to call 911 and not momma's phone cuz she don't have one..

But yet she consistently makes the claim that she no longer is in communication with SA.. but in that same breath..same sentence she says he texts her here and there to let her know he loves her..Hailey.. and DD..

And then when it is asked of her did she ask SA why he came back to the house after leaving work at 6:10am on the 27th?..did she ask him why in the he!! he would completely fabricate a story that he was fired that morning?..that there was a fight with a superviser that morning?.. or that he quit and walked out that morning?

she says that "no..she didn't think to ask him that".. or she says "she's never had a chance to ask him yet"... Even tho he was still living full time in the home with until 1/5/11 and BD knew about the inconsistencies on 12/29/10{if not before}..IN ALL THAT TIME IT NEVER ONCE EVER CROSSED YOUR MIND TO ASK THESE QUESTIONS OF DIRE IMPORTANCE THAT LIKELY ARE DIRECTLY CONNECTED WITH YOUR 13 YR OLD BEING "DISAPPEARED"????

So what gives?? How does she have no phone..but yet still "communicates thru text with SA"{even tho she says there is no communications??}..and how could these questions have NOT come up? and NOT answered?

JMO- She does not need to ask because she already knows.

If they had not filed for divorce, would there be any legal custody/legal child support in Texas? What would give one parent rights over the other?

I think the LEO who swore to the affidavit has his truth too. He swears that he obtained info from the people there, that it was a party.

So what is she referring to as being "untrue" that would be worth losing her platform that NG provides? It does seam that she continues to protect SA...cant believe love is that blind when her daughter is missing.:waitasec:

There is so much information that BD has that if she would just lay it on the line could really help in finding her daughter. She had to know going in how NG is and that she would be asked the hard questions. For goodness sake anyone that has watched NG knows she dosent mince words. Actually I think NG has gone pretty easy on BD.

IMO Billy needs to sit down and make a minute by minute timeline and then go visit the police not leaving out one thing ...good or bad...Now is not the time to wear feelings on her shoulder....Now is the time to FIND HAILEY!!

I don't think Rupa is the best investigative producer around; maybe she got the "physical evidence" quote wrong. But, she just as easily could have been told that because there was a lot of confusion in the reporting of the landfill. Other than that, I don't think Billie is mad because of any untruths by the Nancy Grace staff, I think she's mad because of all the truths that have been discovered and featured on NG. The truth doesn't make Billie look like the wonderful mother she believes herself to be. That's why she's allergic to it.

The biggest single development in this case to date is that a suspect has been named. Of course NG is going to cover the suspect, show pictures... She always does. It's not Nancy's fault that the suspect just happens to be Billie's boyfriend. I think Billie is highly manipulative and plays side. She got NG and MK to bash LE (for the first time that I can recall at that level). Now LE is placating her and Nancy is pushing for clarifications from Billie and giving her a chance to send a message to Hailey and Billie fails to come through. So, LE is her friend and NG is the bad guy. I'm with Kimster; don't answer certain questions and don't worry about defending yourself; change the subject if you want more focus on your daughter. Billie made this the Billie Dunn show, not Nancy, imo. It's not good for Hailey for Billie to play these games. But maybe Billie knows that national exposure for her daughter's case won't make a lick of difference.. MOO...

P.S. I'm not a huge Nancy Grace fan, but she's been pretty darn fair in this case...
