Well since you brought up the fact that you are media, I have a question, and I'm not trying to be snarky or anything at all....but shouldn't the media reporting on this story remain unbiased? People are counting on that, Hailey is counting on that.

I know factually that she was seen at around 10am on Dec 27 leaving her home headed towards the dad's home then back again. This has been reported to the police.

Now this one couldn't have been JB because her house does not face the direction of CD's house I believe.

Maybe the 7-yr old wasn't at his mom's on Monday, only on Sunday. That would pretty much rule out the Monday sighting.

LE has no obligation to tell the public anything. While we all want to know what is going on, if the investigation was going in the direction of a criminal investigation they would not tip their hand. 48 hours would have been December 30th. Polys were not conducted until January 5th.

The affidavit shows that the computer of SA's mother was taken on December 30th. That is 48 hours into the investigation. So yes they were already trying to determine veracity of SA's whereabouts at that time, and who he was communicating with.

Bottom line. No one sees her after SA places himself with her and no one knows what he did the next day when BD thought he was working and he wasnt.
He still could have come home done something to her placed her in the shed or under the bed and disposed of her the next day. Only LE knows the places he was the next day.

Yes, nothing (not even all of the alleged witness sightings) places Hailey with anyone but SA as the last person to see her. If his 3:15 p.m. 12/27 story does not check out, it's back to SA and BD as the last to see her on 12/26 p.m. after DD left the house.

What concerns me is that we don't even know if LE is aware of what SA was doing the next day, Tues 12/28. If his phone was out of service on 12/27 for those few hours after he got to CC because he removed the battery, then he may have done the same the next day. Or, he could have just left his phone sitting at his mom's all day on 12/28. If so, it would make defining a search area much more difficult. I think this may be what happened and why Kampfer now indicates searches are focused on areas known to SA (as opposed to only where he can be physically placed on the 27th or 28th). I hope, and trust, LE is searching the areas where he and his cohorts shot the mask videos, places he liked to camp and smoke up, his deer mutilating haunts....

I think that what ever happened to Hailey happened or was covered up between 6:30-9:00 on 12/27

5:30am Shawn leaves for work
6:00am Billie "thinks" she saw Hailey in her bed/bedroom
6:10 Shawn leaves place of employment
6:20 Billie leave home for work
6:30 ***Shawns phone pings that he is in CC at home***

7-9am Shawns phone does not ping nothing nada Plenty of time to coverup and get to BS
9:00am Shawns phone again starts to ping at his MOMs house in Big Spring
3:00pm Shawn back @ Haileys house in CC
3:15pm Hailey (according to Shawn) leaves home going to MB/Dads house?

BD had not seen Hailey since 900pm the night of 12/26 and didnt realize she was missing til Noon on 12/28 when DD was to text MB.

I just keep coming back to the time of 6:30am-9:00am on 12/27 as to when she may have met her demise or the coverup of something that might have happened in the wee hours Sun 12/26.

I Would really like to see a detailed description to the happenings as BD remembers.

This is how I see the same timeline.
Now what REALLY happened after
9pm 12/26 when DD last saw Hailey playing on his Xbox.........
til wake up time!!!!
any cell phone ings that night?
Was BD/SA there at home all night???

Also 'deer in headlight look of SA .........add to timeline that DD was locked out of house.......was it 12/27? at 4ish???

Yes. Are you eluding to me stating earlier I don't believe BD has anything to do with this? Let me assure you we do report the news as it is given to us here in C-City. No bias. I can have my own personal opinion though.

Actually there is another siting at this time. The neighbor who saw her at noon on the phone in the backyard by herself. Which was promoted heavily by BD in the beginning.

IMO this would be the easiest sighting to discredit.
LE has that phone, that Hailey was supposedly using.If she was on the phone at that time,LE would have a record of that, also who she was talking to.

curious as to why billie is soooo focused on digging up a monday witness that LE has stated none exist.....

Although law enforcement tells Dunn they are looking into all leads, she feels they’re “too focused on Shawn. There are places you can make Shawn fit and lots you can’t. I know he loves Hailey and DD. Not like I do, but he does.”

Dunn would like to see investigators focus more on the witnesses who claim to have seen Hailey on Monday, Dec. 27 “It makes a big difference how everyone thinks if Hailey was seen later,” she said.

Well of course you can have your personal opinion, but when the lines get blurred is when you state your personal opinion and it is followed by the fact that you are media. I'm betting that there are others who are in "media" there that have the opposite feeling you do.......the difference is they are not on a public board repeating theirs. You not only have said repeatedly BD had nothing to do with it, you have said you don't like CD, because he "blew you off" at the bridge. I think it's a fine line and it's getting blurred. Also, you have made it more than clear you don't like Kampher or LE.

That's right grandmaj, the minute SA admitted on Dec 29th that "guess what honey I was fired from my job Monday morning and I've been at my mother's the last two days", LE was on to another possibility.

LE in Portland didn't have any problem putting a picture of Dede Spicher on a poster to ask if anyone had seen her around the school on June 4th. I don't know why LE in CC couldn't do the same, if there is a person they are looking for.

I understand they were running parallel investigations. And if the criminal side was including the family, I'm pretty sure they weren't going to be telling the media.

What I am frustrated with at this point is that PK is now trying to back peddle and make it seem as they were on top of this as a "criminal" investigation from the start. That is not the case as a I see at or as was reported at that time.

He had witnesses at work that he came and left on 12/27 morning.
DD saw him deer in headlight look and locked doors 12/? 4ish
and of course his alibai is BD........

We know the money withdrawal & drug buy was 12/27?
went to BD mom for 15 min.
on 29th afternoon Hailey reported missing???
Help, my memory isn't working........I didn't take notes on this case.

I really thought it would be over by now, that Hailey would be found.
Never thought anyone would throw LE off with lies and half truths, false witnesses.

IMO, I'm still not clear on if this threat was reported a year ago when it took place, or if it was just reported in the last 2 or 3 weeks.

I agree with this question. Another one pops in my mind too, if they knew of this a year ago why wouldn't they have told BD then to keep her and HD safe and to lock their doors and windows?

I remember when you said in one of your posts that all this happened a year ago. So my question to you is this. Has this person been missing for a long time or did he go missing when Hailey went missing.

Last year there was a skull found in a trunk of a car or something over in that area!

And don't forget the woman who saw her at the store with another girl and a boy in the afternoon or evening on Monday. IMO, one reference to this stated it was either getting dark or was dark. This would be way after 3:15pm, IMO.

LE has stated no witness sightings of Hailey that Monday have been corroborated. I can understand the hairdresser's statement being iffy, but the cell phone sighting is easy enough to confirm or deny with phone records, and this last one, IMO, is easy enough to confirm or deny as this woman alleges she has a receipt from the store, alleges 'another girl' was MB, and store has surveillance video.

IMO, it comes down to LE is doing their jobs, and in the excitement of the moment some people were mistaken about when they saw Hailey, and LE feels no obligation to report their every move to me or the public, OR LE is (pick a derogatory adjective) who doesn't know how to do their jobs and/or doesn't care about finding this girl, etc.

I feel I've kept an open mind with BD, and I intend to do the same with LE.
