When did DD say noonish? And I think if you go and read the rest of the transcript, he says he did not see her Monday. He saw her Sunday. And yes, BD and CD are saying different things, that WAS my point.

My POINT is Clint is he didn't know Hailey was missing until Tuesday NIGHT. Clint is saying he saw her the day before (Monday) in that snip you posted from NG.

Unfortunately, they are scans of the printed documents as opposed to having been "printed" to a PDF file from the word processing program they were prepared in. That's why you can't select the text in the document. If you use the "Save As..." command and tell it to make a Word Document, what you get is pages with an "image" of the corresponding page of the affidavit rather than editable text, because that is what the PDF was created from. OCR software MIGHT convert it to text, but I'm not set up to try that on this computer.

All the good folks who report they saw her at a variety of times: Question? Is Hailey the only person you saw that day or night that you claim? Who else did you see that was out that can verify you have the right darn day?

I disagree......not the way I read it at all. He was confused and then straightened it out. Now, where did DD say noonish?

The confusion comes because she went missing Monday, but was not reported until Tuesday.............

Seems to me that Clint is skipping over Monday-- of course, when he lit there Billie urged Tuesday. jmo

I agree, but it was not BILLIE giving contradictions. It was Clint. I am sure it was just an honest mistake. I give him the same pass as I do Billie, but I'm odd that way, under the circumstances of their beloved daughter being missing.

I read it as CD saying he saw her Sunday he was confused on the Monday Tuesday thing and BD saying Tuesday right in the middle of it didn't help.

Someone said it would be a good Idea for Clint to be with Billie doing another press conference, wonder if any one still thinks it would be a good Idea.
They might both be in the find Hailey book, but I would bet they are in different chapters, not even close to the same page.

I have noticed Hailey is blamed for many things........
even being promisuious and BD talked Birth control to her yet says

May not have been noonish but it wasn't night when DD went to his home on Tuesday. DD had already called MB and to his dad's to see if she "stopped by". BD then comes back to CC to make a police report, but it was not night when DD informed Clint that Hailey was missing. IMO

I can't find the video of Naomi changing HER STORY. So I won't mention it. Although most locals can recall. I don't have the link.

You just did mention it? I thought that rumor had died. Nobody's come up with a video yet.

It was cz who posted that Naomi said she couldn't remember seeing Hailey.

Now we have Billie saying that Naomi said she saw her for a minute.

And both Naomi and Clint have said consistently they did not see Hailey that day.

Geez Louise.

We have conflicting stories. CD says night. BD says before reporting her missing at 2pm. They conflict. BD is the one saying DD called him, CD didn't say that. He said DD came over there. Besides he couldn't call CD, BD said his phone was broke.
