We should just list the questions we want answered and send them to MSM to ask..... so many questions answered. IMO, I feel Sa and xyz want to be able to read about themselves, and if it means getting Hailey home, then I say we want to read about how they are so smart, and how they fooled the LE and the entire world into believing that they really pulled the wool over our eyes,,,,,, So,,, if we dont know what happened in the end,,,, then how will you be famous? In order to be written about in crime stories, the ending has to be there,,,, or else,,, nobody will want to read it.

What in the world does all that mean? I got lost reading the 3 sentences. :waitasec:

Yet Clint said Hailey was at his house and there is video of her at the stores...sigh..I suppose she could have easily been at all 3..only thing is IIRC Billie seemed quite sure that she wasn't at the store that day..

IIRC Billie said Hailey got home at noon on the 26th.

It is NOT a rumor. The local media writes over videos. I will try to locate something. I didn't get it from CZ. I got it from the media. I will try to find it later. It is a well known fact in other forums.

Yes, link please.

BD called him at noon Tuesday not Monday......but yeah, we did hear he was at a friends when she called him Tuesday, that's changed.

So how did she call him? Wasn't the cell phone at home so that the kids could use it?

I understand that she could have had this friends # memorized, but if calling the friends houses is the norm........why ask DD to do it this time?

Just ask for the # and call yourself.

When BD says they stayed home on Sunday does she mean she, SA, DD stayed home? Didn't Clint say Hailey was at his house that entire day?

http://archives.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1101/10/ng.01.html

GRACE: But the witnesses say they don`t know if they saw them on Monday or Sunday. But here`s the question.

To Billie, had she been in school on Monday? Was she off for Christmas break?

B. DUNN: No. She was out for Christmas break.

GRACE: So it would be entirely possible for her to have been walking along with two little friends at 1:00?

B. DUNN: Yes. And Sunday I was off of work. We all stayed home on Sunday.

GRACE: So it was not Sunday that she was out walking with little friends.

B. DUNN: I don`t believe so.

Well that has been disputed that she was home all day Sunday because Clint said on NG one night that the video at the Dollar Store was Sunday.

Let me find it.

The perp is ALWAYS the last to see the victim. Right now, the prime suspect is just the last KNOWN person to see the victim.

Yep. And if we take Shawn out of the equation, then Billie is the last known person to see the victim, according to her statements.

Which is why all the scrambling to come up with these sightings, and point the finger at Clint and Naomi as last to see her.

Only two rooms in the house have not been mentioned.

I've got to tell you...

When teh was cooking yesterday, and Billie mentioned the dinner she made Sunday, it made me hungry and started me thinking about when/where the timeline said they ate dinner Monday night.

Shawn picked Billie up. They ran some errands and came home where DD and his friend were. They watched a movie, then went to sleep. Didn't they eat dinner somewhere in there? Just curious really. I don't think it is important, just being nosy.

what the heck does this mean?

"Kampfer said Hailey's family may not be aware of everything being done in the case because law enforcement tries to keep "intelligence going backward."

:banghead::banghead:

That is also from redcat's link

I can't really make sense of all of Kampfer's contradictory statements, but THIS one looks like an admission that BD has good reason to feel frustrated with the investigation, and to think that authorities are not doing enough quickly enough - information about what is being done is not being shared with the family, so they (BD and others) may well think that things, or people, or possible suspects, are not being followed up in a timely fashion.

Then I must be talking Texas lingo,,,,,,and whoever knows where Hailey is knows what I am saying......

  • #411
I have heard 3pm, 4pm and 5pm between BD and the affidavits..so who knows what the truth is..

He broke into the house the day before. Not on Tuesday the day the calls were made.

[/B]

I am looking for old news articles. BEANE post your timeline please.

How could DD come home and break in on Monday if BD said he was home when she called at noon. I thought DD was at a friends when he received the call no?

What is up with this timeline changing all the time?

Wrong days. lol. DD "broke" into the house on MONDAY.

Tuesday, is when DD was asked to call MB by BD, who was at work, to come home. DD calls his mom back and says she never was at MB house. BD asks DD to go to to his dad's (Clint doesn't have a working phone). DD goes to his dad's (this is Tuesday, mind you around noonish) and Clint said she didn't come by his house. BD asks Clint to call LE and she's on her way home to CC from Snyder because HD is missing. NEVER heard one thing about DD not being home other than rumors. IMO

PS That NG snip, that started all this, is flat out wrong in so many ways.

wasn't Monday the day DD had to break in, cause Shawn wasn't home on Tues when HD was reported missing??? or I have it all backwards again! lol

No it was me. :)

Not me, but my experience must be different than yours and BD's. I always have to call ahead because LE is not always around at the station and half the time they forget to put the answering machine on. lol. Lord help me if I have to find the Tribal police.

Plus, IMO, it would help to have the father who sees her everyday, but didn't see her that day, call the police and say that too.

Really? Maybe it's just because I live in a larger city where they never close..I just don't understand why she would tell Clint to do that..yet, still go home and check to see if Hailey was there ...especially considering that I *assume* at such a traumatic time that DD was still @ home with a phone and her father across the field, so surely the brother could call BD if Hailey arrived home. (since that was her reason for stopping by there first) Not to mention that IF Billie was that panicked and truly believed that she may have been abducted by a stranger..I would call them to come to me, once I was ALREADY home...NOT leave home and go to them. Even giving her the benefit of doubt that in her panic it didn't occur to her that in a missing persons case LE is going to come out to the home anyway...it still is very odd to me..I'd even go as far to say that in THIS case.. it's EXTREMELY ODD <jmo

Why in the world would you take Shawn out the equation? He SAID he saw her on Monday afternoon around 3:15 pm. He's never denied that. So what?????? :banghead:

Going to bed. Peace.

Well, there ya go. I did consider that LE in CC is a bit different than in New Orleans. Here it would be laughable to think of calling ahead. I've spent the majority of my life in big cities, so I lack a frame of reference. That's why I added the "I don't know". ;)
