Oh no....I agree. I didn't mean the comment re: cummings/croslins in comparison to mom's genuineness or honesty just the # of poly's failed. I find BD to be pretty genuine in this interview.

Look how many agiencies are there, including the FBI and the Texas Rangers......I'm sorry but don't you think if they thought there was something wrong with the guy giving the poly's they would have brought in someone else? Chances are he failed because he is guilty, and she failed because she is unknowingly covering for him.

If she unknowingly was covering up for him how could she fail?

NG asked the dad if he took poly & he said "no"..He plans on it soon???? When he said "no" Billie said softly "you should" & she didn't look too happy when she looked at him & said it.

It was kinda hard to hear her but I was doing my best to "listen".

No... he said he told the FBI they could give him one too. They aren't concerned about him.

According to NG, Billie took a poly and didn't pass it. I am sorry but I don't believe for one moment that she knows anything about Hailey's disappearance, not to mention had any involvement.

I agree. Jessica Lunsford's gma failed a poly. Gary Ridgeway passed 3. Just something to keep in mind.

Absolutely, but they would have to prove she was alive and the delay of action caused her to be harmed.

AMEN Marc Klaas. INCOMPETENCE of the police chief for deeming child a runaway. Let me state HOW MANY CASES that remain unsolved due to this very issue. OUTRAGED!

What a mess.

Aside from the polygraph results I have something that has been nagging at me all day.
We have seen postings by HA that indicate that she was having trouble with girls.... and boys at school. We have seen indications (via dads facebook postings) that there may have been some issue for HA about where she was living (moms vs dads). We know that people have indicated that HA wanted her mom and dad back together. There was (some) resentment when CD was having a baby with another woman (although she seemed to have accepted the baby later)

BUT ......All of these things can create quite a bit of stress in a 13 year old. Especially the troubles with kids at school. Is there a possibility that Hailey could have gone somewhere to take her own life?

We know that suicide is the third leading cause of death (only preceeded by accidents and homicide) in young people. With a suicide occurring every 2 hours and 12 minutes.

EASY PEASY..........Question, "Do you know who took or harmed H?" She says no, if it had crossed her mind at all that SA had anything to do with it.....FAIL.
