I meant to answer your question earlier about culverts in West TX.

They are there, but not like in southeast TX (e.g., Houston).

You can drive for miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiles & not see one - it's really dry out there so they don't need them like they do in the Houston area.

I looked up the avg. annual precipation for C-City & it's 19 inches...Houston is 45 inches.

I remember somone years ago telling me that the Big Spring area had only 11 inches of precipitation - and most of that was from the snow, not rain....and I've seen some huge culverts in Big Spring along the highway that runs thru town, but can't remember what's in C-City (was only there 1 time).

Texas has pretty much been in drought conditions for the past few years so it's dry everywhere now...One of the locals posted about the creeks being dry & that's what I've seen out that way...there's hardly ever water in the creeks unless there's been a recent rain.

Does anybody know which creek the knife cover was found in?

What does that mean - sort of llike "walking around in a daze" or something like that? What would make a person like that - drugs/being hit around the head/sleep depravation/born that way .......... goodness this doesn't sound good at all.

SA said Hailey left at 3:15pm.
SA said Hailey went to dad's.
SA said that Hailey said she was sleeping over with MB.
It's SA story and there is no proof of anything so far.

What was he wearing when she last saw him?
What was he wearing when he picked her up from work? Or she got home?
Did he actiually go to into work or maybe he called in sick and they fired him?
Could he have shown up for work "under the influence" of something?
What is his step-by-step timeline between 6:30am and 3pm?
What did they do the night they thought Hailey was at sleep over?
What was his mood/state of mind?
Any odd behavior or acting any different?
Did Hailey shower that day before she left? Brush her teeth? What time did she wake up or does she normally wake up? Did she eat anything for breakfast or lunch?

Oh the list goes on and on...

These are an excellent set of questions too.

Here's what I find strange too. The description and color of the clothes Hailey was wearing. If someone could generally know the color of shoes and pants, and even earrings, why is the shirt described as "light color?" Perhaps a stupid question but in my mind if you know what color the rest of the clothing was, why not the shirt?

We probably could presume that BD left before her daughter got up that morning. So this description comes from SA.

There is only one conclusion that I can arrive at in this case and that is there is no way for anyone to run away out of C-City as there is no way out. Hailey is either still in C-City or was driven out by car/truck. There is no transit/buses/hopper buses/nothing.

not sure about rape but there was only one murder in 09 and i believe it had been around 10 years since last one but they were males.
