Joeline had run away before and wasn't recovered for several months, so it's not beyond belief that she would get into a situation that would take her to Texas.

According to the forum CL is 5'5 so this may not be her. Does anyone know what the margin of error is for height +/- how many inches? TIA

Reyire Alexander Welcome to the group!! Joeline is not in NamUs but she is on NCMEC. I don't see her on the rule out list. I'll see if Lysavv has submitted her. Her head it tilted in such a way, it is hard to tell if she has the strong chin or overbite.

I have looked at this girl numerous times, I think Dr. D would rule her out with just her picture, the face shape IMO is not consistent.
